This is mostly a walking...
This is mostly a walking tour which is not what we wanted. We got out at 3 different locations and walked around. Really wasn’t the overview of the city that I had hoped for.

Beyond expectations, a world class bespoke tour
On my final day in a five day solo trip to Warsaw, I wanted to learn more about the city’s Communist history and remnants of that period. I’d done the major museums and scratched the surface of the beautiful complex story of Warsaw but requested (last minute, the night before!) a 3 hour trip of historical sites/issues in Warsaw related to the communist past. WhatsApp worked a dream, and price arranged included drop off at airport. What I hadn’t expected was a university-quality tour guide, Maria, who not only spoke fluent English, but somehow fit my needs perfectly. Then let’s address the gorgeous Mercedes and elegant driver, Bartek, who kept the whole unusual itinerary moving like clockwork. I highly recommend this company.

"Gorgeous, beautiful Warsaw City"
We ordered a 3-hour tour of Warsaw. Our guide took us to major sites with explanation of the history. Old town Warsaw has beautiful, colorful buildings. Our driver was professional and vehicle was comfortable. Only down side was wish I booked for a full day tour due to high amount of history and culture to explore. Hoping to return again for further exploration of a beautiful city.

An Excellent Introduction to Warsaw
We had a great tour with Artur who speaks fantastic English. As a native of Warsaw, he was able to share not only the history and highlights of the city but also some relevant stories and locations from his experience, making this tour feel more personalized. Irek, the driver, was very professional. Highly recommended!

Visiting Warsaw only with VIP Service = Best Service
We ordered a 3 hour tour of Warsaw. We confirm the opinion of many people, the organization of the trip was at a high level. Everything was discussed so that we could only do sightseeing. The driver and the guide were waiting for us at the agreed place and time. Driver very polite and smiling, very substantive guide. We are very pleased with our choice :))

I hope that we will have an opportunity to offer you our service again in the future. Thank you again and have a lovely day!

Why this scores 72
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Warsaw City Tour - Modernity and history by private car: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Warsaw.
How much does Warsaw City Tour - Modernity and history by private car cost?
+
Prices start at $90 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Warsaw usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Warsaw City Tour - Modernity and history by private car take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Warsaw is not rushed.
Is Warsaw City Tour - Modernity and history by private car worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 72 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 28 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Warsaw, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Warsaw City Tour - Modernity and history by private car?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Warsaw City Tour - Modernity and history by private car suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Warsaw City Tour - Modernity and history by private car?
+
Around 10 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Warsaw can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Warsaw and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Warsaw City Tour - Modernity and history by private car start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Warsaw within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Warsaw?
+
On Outty we rank every Warsaw experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Discover the Dark Side of Warsaw in Praga District by Retro Bus, Private Tour: Warsaw City Sightseeing by Retro Fiat, Private Historical Tour of Warsaw by a Retro Fiat with Pickup. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Warsaw?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Warsaw?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
