They are all the same!
We booked two tours in Vienna and they were identical nearly. They took us to the same places and told us the same historical information, exact same style, just with a different person. To be honest we did not enjoy it, we expected to have some fun too.
Response from the operator: Unfortunately this is yet another fake review and neither Trip Advisor nor Viator accept our reports and requests to remove it. This "person" has never been to any of our tours. Our tours take place in relatively small groups and are personal and engaging. The tour takes place in locations that tourists normally don't get to and very few tours in Vienna actually cover these unique hidden gems. If during the tour a person indicates that they have done a similar tour, our guide would either try to show some new locations or advise them to leave and receive a full refund. So as you see, it is a fake review. If you are reading this and considering joining our tour, I can only assure you that we will do everything we can to ensure that you enjoy a wonderful experience :)

Funny tour
Our guide cracked some jokes throughout the tour, which was the best part of it. Apart from this it was a really moderate historical walk with very boring tales and useless information.
Response from the operator: If you are visiting our page and seeing this review, it seems that we are targeted by someone. We reported it already, as this person hasn't participated in any of our tours. The tour they review took place 3 times in March and received 5 star reviews from all the participants. Our guides are all professional, licensed tour guides, carefully selected to ensure that our guests enjoy a high quality experience. The tour is designed as a narrative and includes spots that visitors don't get to normally. Naturally our guides combine humor, history and actual information in a smooth way and as the groups are small, there's constant interaction with the participants. It is unfortunate that people write fake reviews to harm businesses and we hope it will be removed soon. If it isn't, please have a look at our previous reviews to see what people really thought about it.

Good tour
I booked this one for my short stay in Vienna, it was okay although we finished later than planned and i went delayed to my next tour.
Response from the operator: Hi Rhea, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review :) Our tour lasts normally about 2 hours but in case people are interested or the energy is good our guides sometimes continue a bit longer. Our guides are truly passionate about Vienna and so sometimes they take a bit more than 2 hours. When they do, they usually ask the participants if that's fine and if they have plans afterwards. It seems that the guide didn't ask you or missed your answer somehow, we apologise for that. As the tour takes place at 17:00-19:00, I assume he didn't realize that there's a 2nd tour afterwards. We thank you for letting us know and hope you enjoyed your time in Vienna :)

Highly Recommended.
We just returned from a week in Vienna. We had private tours for 2.5 days with Secret Vienna Tours, including Imperial Vienna, Hidden Alleys, Jewish Vienna, Schonbrunn Palace, and the Belvedere Art Museum. Two different guides, Michael (a retired actor) and C-A (a former marketing executive), both were first-rate. And Sagi, the owner of Secret Tours, was extremely helpful prior to our trip with hotel and restaurant recommendations. I am very happy with our experience and can recommend without reservation working with Secret Vienna Tours.

Why this scores 63
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Walking Tour in the Heart of Vienna to Discover Its Hidden Gems: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Vienna.
How much does Walking Tour in the Heart of Vienna to Discover Its Hidden Gems cost?
+
Prices start at $58 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Vienna usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Walking Tour in the Heart of Vienna to Discover Its Hidden Gems take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Vienna is not rushed.
Is Walking Tour in the Heart of Vienna to Discover Its Hidden Gems worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 15 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Vienna, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Walking Tour in the Heart of Vienna to Discover Its Hidden Gems?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Walking Tour in the Heart of Vienna to Discover Its Hidden Gems suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Walking Tour in the Heart of Vienna to Discover Its Hidden Gems?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Vienna can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Vienna and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Walking Tour in the Heart of Vienna to Discover Its Hidden Gems start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Vienna within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Vienna?
+
On Outty we rank every Vienna experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Authentic Vienna Food Tour inc. lunch, street food, 3 drinks, Vienna Food Tour: Coffeehouses, Markets, Lunch & Street Food, Budapest Small-Group Day Trip from Vienna. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Vienna?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Vienna?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
