Bacalar offers everything, from a unique natural paradise in the world with a lagoon of crystalline waters of various colors fed by sacred cenotes, going through a complex, fun, and diverse history. We will start with a stop for breakfast on the way, to get ready for the lagoon of the 7 colors and travel by boat to later continue with the Cenote Azul.

What you'll see and do

  1. Merida

    Starting point of our tour. In the morning we will pick up our travelers, who will enjoy a pleasant trip to Bacalar. We will make a short stop at a shop before leaving Merida, where you can buy water and snacks for the road. Afterwards, we will go to the Mercaco de José María Morelos where you can have breakfast at the different food stalls, use the bathrooms or relax your legs. The journey to Bacalar takes approximately 5 hours + 45 minutes of food.

  2. Lago Bacalar (Lake of the Seven Colors)

    Once you arrive in Bacalar, you will take a small boat for a guided excursion through the lagoon. You can swim in the crystal clear waters, enjoy and know about the history of this place on a 2-hour tour of this beautiful place. Visitaras : El cenote Esmeralda, Cenote Negro, Cenote Cocalitos and Isla Pajaros.

    After the boat tour, we will head to La Playita restaurant, located in front of the lagoon, where you can choose from a variety of options and have more free time to swim in the lagoon. Food is not included in the tour.
