08:00 AM: Depart for Cu Chi tunnels from our office or your hotel. Around 10:00 AM: Arrive Cu Chi tunnels, our tour guide will give you an overview introduction of Cu Chi and its legendary history. A documentary film about the tunnels will explain you about the tunnels how fierce the war was in the area. You will be guided to the tunnels system including the weapon factory, hospitals, kitchens … Before try a real experience (crawling under the tunnels). After that you can try delicious manioc which is the main food in Cu Chi during the war. For those who are interested in shooting guns, there is an opportunity to fire off an AK47 or MK16 at the nearby rifle range. Leave Cu Chi tunnels at noon and arrive back around 03:00-03:30 PM. Includes: Air-condition transport, English speaking tour guide, entrance fee, mineral water, (snacks or cakes provided in tour). 02:30 PM - 03:00PM End Tour.

Incredible Tour with The Best Tour Guide
Our half day spent touring Cu Chi Tunnels was amazing. We were hesitant to book the tour because we’re not the type of family to join a group tour, and also the fact we have no immediate connection to the Vietnam. But after today, we could not be happier with our experience. The experience was especially great because of our awesome guide- Leo Pham. Leo was an exceptional tour guide who showed immense passion for the history of the Cu Chi tunnels and really helped deepen our appreciation of the soldiers who fought in the war. He provided amazing insights, abounding joy, and an incredible excitement to the tour. Leo Pham is the best tour guide I saw today at the Cu Chi tunnels, he just seemed so much more passionate than everyone else there and it had a really positive impact on our experience at the Cu Chi Tunnels.

Guide Leo saved the day
We did a half day tour with the company. The morning was a bit frustrating, because we came on time to the office and then spent the next 30 minutes picking up the people from the hotels. I think it would be faster if in each hotel the guide didn’t have to enter and bring them out, and instead told them on the phone to actually come outside to the road to board right away. Also, when booked on Trip.com the duration of the tour in the tunnels was indicated as 3,45 hours. But shortly we found out that it actually was 2 hours, which was another frustration, as we wanted to spend more time to be able to immerse in the history of the sight. Anyways, the guide Leo was so enthusiastic that the 2 hours road to the tunnels felt shorter. I would like to confirm that his personality changed our mood completely and we ended up enjoying a lot the tour. Maybe we would still prefer it to be a bit longer, but it was fine. So, my suggestions to the company would be: 1. Edit the description in trip.com 2. Somehow try to organise the pick ups better (e.g. telling the clients they have to wait at least outside of their hotels, so the guide doesn’t enter each hotel losing time). Ideally just tell everyone to come to one pick up point, just as we did. It wasn’t that difficult.
