There were several inconveniences, and no real special guest relations for the money we spent.

Our family stayed in 2 rooms on July 23 and 24. We requested connecting rooms, and were told by the front desk they were connected. Upon checking into 1137 and 1139, they were NOT connected. Please don't tell a guest they are connected, if they are not. On July 23, an emergency fire alarm sounded on our 11th floor to 'evacuate' the area immediately. This was at about 9:15 and the alarm was on for nearly 10 minutes, as we all walked down 11+ flights of steps. Everyone congregated in the lobby, and we were not directed outside(which seemed odd for a fire emergency). No one announced anything more, and numerous guests asked, receiving no information. After 45 minutes of waiting inside- with a toddler ready for bed, with no announcements to return to our room, I insisted on speaking to a manager. His response was "yeah, it's safe now to go up to your room". GOOD THING I ASKED, or we may still be waiting for the proper emergency procedure announcement. No explanation whatsoever. The make up mirrors are a special added touch, but mine, nor the other room had lights that actually worked. Do they all need new batteries? In general, the music is the loudest I've ever heard everywhere! The only place without blasting music was in our room. Yes, the casinos were smoke filled, and all of us coughed a lot. That was the quickest access to our parked vehicle.

    Our holiday experience

H i there , i'm leaving this very honest review of our visit to the Paradisus Hotel in Lanzarote between 9-15th Jan 2024. The hotel is approx 20-25 mins from the airport which in itself is great as it's always good to start your hols without the hustle and bustle or very long waiting times that can happen at quite a few airports. Once we arrived at the hotel we were very pleased with all that we saw. It's very clean, staff were very welcoming, polite, well dressed as you would expect given that it's supposed to be one of the elite hotels on the island. Our room wasn't ready for us to enter straight away but we were told we could use all the facilities from the off once we had checked in. We took ourselves to get some refreshments drink & food and sat near the pool in the sun, great start. The rooms were very clean, bright, spacious etc so, again a great big plus. As we progressed through our holiday i can honestly say we thoroughly enjoyed our time there but if i'm being brutally honest the hotel should make some changes in the buffet restaurant area as a lot of the food is not listed very well saying what it is such as varied fish, meat, vegetable dishes or what it may contain for people who may have dairy or nut allergies etc, a bit of a concern. Also, once they've taken the time to cook some of the great food on offer they leave it sitting under the hot lights of which i understand keeps the food hot, but it also spoils under there as it dries it out or makes it look less appetising. I personally would like to see more of the food not all but some of the food placed in dishes that have lids with labels directly underneath or near these dishes describing what it is. Staff around the pool were great from the pool cleaner, waiting staff, Ramon the entertainments/activities program manager & his staff around the pool who would always do his best to get people to join in as much as possible or as much as they wanted too. My only point to make here is that some of the pathways around or near the pool can be a bit of a trip hazard (uneven) if people have issues with their walking or balance, especially after a few pina coladas or vino's. The water in the pool is breathtaking literally, as it's quite cold but once you're in & moving the initial shock lessens & it becomes much more bearable. Whilst we were there around the pool we helped a gentleman who had only just arrived & who had fallen in fully clothed because he'd either mistaken/tripped on the pathway by a small bridge crossing of the pool so again i think this needs to be looked at to make people more aware of the surroundings near the pool. Luckily he didn't hit his head or hurt himself apart from get sopping wet & a little embarrassed no doubt. There's not much music going on around the pool which is quite pleasant for some no doubt & not enough for some, just saying. All the restaurants were nice, facilities such as lifts & toilets were very clean & fresh. If you think you'd be getting room service (meal delivery) or premium drinks ie Greygoose within your all inclusive price then you'll be disappointed, these cost you extra. We had a relaxing massage whilst there which was a little more expensive than i was expecting but it was worth it. With the beach directly behind the hotel we had some nice walks on the walkways day or night time. Sun beds on the beach cost you extra if you require them about 4-5 euros. In short i would go back again especially having the weather we're getting currently & i would definitely recommend giving this hotel a try.

The service was so professional and comfortable.

This is really a great trip with 5* hotel experience and Limousine car. I like the weather and the air in Sapa very much, it is very fresh and cool. We got to visit Cat Cat village, this is the most special village I have ever been to and the people are extremely friendly. The crafts here are made very meticulously, I bought one and a nice little thing. Our tour guide is friendly and funny, the hotel's service is good, I can relax at the pool, the butffet breakfast is also very good for me and my friends. Highly recommend everyone to leave the city for such a cool place!!!

Best of the best sapa trek. Exceptional local guide

The best sapa tour with 5* hotel stay and Vip lomousine transfer .Excellent Sapa tek tour through Cat cat villages in Sapa. We were lead by sinh guide. At the beginning the path was a bit steep and muddy and I wished I had better grips on my footwear. However it was worth it, as it was very scenic and peaceful. The rest of the tour was on a smoother path. A woman and girl followed us until lunchtime.. We did buy some things as they were very nice. We went to more craft shops in the latter villages, also nice; more so than the shops in Sapa. We don't believe you would find this route on your own so really recommend getting a guide, and she gave us great additional insight into the Hmong people. She is a very kind person and good company. Highly recommended.

VIP LUXURY Sapa 2D1N -TRANSFER BY LUX LIMOUSINE CAR (Stay at 5* hotel): questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Hanoi.

How much does VIP LUXURY Sapa 2D1N -TRANSFER BY LUX LIMOUSINE CAR (Stay at 5* hotel) cost?

    +

Prices start at $179 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Hanoi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does VIP LUXURY Sapa 2D1N -TRANSFER BY LUX LIMOUSINE CAR (Stay at 5* hotel) take?

    +

Plan for about 48 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Hanoi is not rushed.

Is VIP LUXURY Sapa 2D1N -TRANSFER BY LUX LIMOUSINE CAR (Stay at 5* hotel) worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 24 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Hanoi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule VIP LUXURY Sapa 2D1N -TRANSFER BY LUX LIMOUSINE CAR (Stay at 5* hotel)?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is VIP LUXURY Sapa 2D1N -TRANSFER BY LUX LIMOUSINE CAR (Stay at 5* hotel) suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 48-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book VIP LUXURY Sapa 2D1N -TRANSFER BY LUX LIMOUSINE CAR (Stay at 5* hotel)?

    +

Around 8 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Hanoi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Hanoi and add a light layer if any part of the 48-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does VIP LUXURY Sapa 2D1N -TRANSFER BY LUX LIMOUSINE CAR (Stay at 5* hotel) start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Hanoi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Hanoi?

    +

On Outty we rank every Hanoi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Ninh Binh Day Trip from Hanoi with Tam Coc or Trang An & Mua Cave, Ha Giang Loop Tour 4 Days 3 Nights with Ha Giang Vision Tour, Halong Bay Day Tour With Titop Island, Cave, Kayak & Lunch. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Hanoi?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Hanoi?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
