VIP Luxury Boat Rental – Exclusive Rosario Islands

THEY CANCELED on us LAST MINUTE!

We booked this trip on 8/3 for a day trip on 8/10 through Chase travel. I reached out to the company via what’s app at 10:38am the day before (on 8/9) to confirm the activity. No response. Then again at 11:32am, still no response. They finally responded after my THIRD attempt at 4:47pm (again - the night before our trip) to tell me they were CANCELING our trip because the exchange rate they had agreed upon with Chase wasn’t acceptable to them. I said that wasn’t my problem and they should honor the rate ESPECIALLY since they were canceling less then 15 hours before we were suppose to leave!! They didn’t even offer me the chance to pay the difference. After a few choice words they then offer me a new “price”, by then it was too late. VERY BAD COMMUNICATION. They had from 8/3 to let me know there was an issue. Instead they just canceled at the last minute. I’m still waiting for my refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The tour was scheduled for the day a devastating earthquake struck Colombia and could not have operated under those circumstances. The guest also used profane and disrespectful language toward our staff. This review omits essential context and presents an inaccurate timeline. The tour was scheduled for August 10—the same day the devastating earthquake struck Colombia—not August 13, as the review indicates. Given the national emergency, its impact on affected communities and the resulting safety and operational concerns, the tour could not have proceeded under any circumstances. Our team repeatedly attempted to provide a solution calmly and professionally while the customer became increasingly aggressive. The conversation ultimately ended with the customer directing profanity at our staff, including the words “f#@k y^u.” We understand that cancellations are frustrating, but they never justify verbal abuse. We will not require any crew member to serve a customer who has mistreated them. It is deeply disappointing that someone who knew Colombia was experiencing a devastating tragedy would present a different tour date, omit their own conduct and create a misleading account of what occurred. We stand firmly by our values and will continue operating this way: prioritizing safety, communicating professionally and protecting our workers from mistreatment. This commitment is also why we consistently receive excellent reviews from guests who recognize the care, professionalism and humanity of our team.

Amazing time guaranteed

A big thank you to Pana Tours for making our group’s Cartagena trip absolutely amazing! I have travelled to Cartagena multiple times and Pana Tours is my go to with each visit. A trip to Cartagena wouldn’t be complete without a day -or several - at the breathtaking Rosario islands. Group of 10 enjoys the Pana Tours boat, blue water, islands and a helpful guide

My favorite part of visiting Cartagena was this boat day experience and visiting the local islands. This specific offering from Pana Tours was perfect for our group since we were able to rent a boat for our group of 10 people. We went to 2 islands, got down from the boat explored and enjoyed the beaches. Our host was knowledgeable about the areas to help find a nice beach club for lunch and negotiate a jet ski at a good price for our group to enjoy. Which was so fun! Also, our guide found a nice spot for us to swim, use their snorkel equipment and see various and numerous fish. Our whole group had a great day on the water around the islands!

Great way to enjoy the sunset in Cartagena

We decided to do this tour the day after we reserved a private boat with them, we got a nice 34ft boat and it was really nice, we brought drinks for the cooler on the boat, the crew served us all our drinks and also the boat had some nice lights on it, basically a nice party vibe for our friends and a good sunset. Im a frequent customer now and thanks for the service again.

Perfect Experiencr

This was my favorite activity I did while visiting Cartagena. It was timed perfectly for a happy hour on a boat before dinner plans in the old city. We saw a gorgeous sunset, music was spot on, and meeting and chatting others was also great. I would recommend!
