Rio Captured Beautifully by Rio Photo Guide

We had an amazing experience with Rio Photo Guide in Brazil! Renata, our guide and photographer, was fantastic—professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. She took us to Rio’s top attractions, including Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain, Maracanã, Escadaria Selarón, the Botanical Garden of Rio, the Metropolitan Cathedral of Rio de Janeiro, Copacabana Beach, and Ipanema Beach, capturing credible, high-quality photos throughout the three days. Each location offered stunning backdrops, and Renata knew exactly how to capture the best angles and moments. Not only did we get to explore the beauty and culture of Rio, but we also came away with beautiful photos that truly captured the spirit of our trip. Renata made the experience personal, fun, and stress-free from start to finish. We highly recommend Rio Photo Guide to anyone visiting Rio—whether you're a photography lover or simply want unforgettable memories captured by a professional!

Perfect

Everything about Renata was perfect. From the prompt pick up to the comfortable ride and guide to the way Renata tried to ensure the pics we had were just of the 2 of us, even though we were in Rio at the busiest time of year, carnival. I would recommend Renata to anyone that wants a nice easy way to make memories without thw hassle.of asking a stranger everywhere you go.

Amazing Tour and Amazing Photos!

There are not enough stars for the all day tour with Renata, especially if you want amazing photos of Rio. Bring your walking shoes and listen to your guide and you will accomplish/learn more in one day than you ever could by yourself. Renata is knowledgeable, charming, and eager to make sure you have an amazing time in Rio. Renata agreed to meet with us on short notice, and met us bright and early right outside where we were staying. Too many good things to list. Just take the tour and be glad you did!

Amazing Experience!

This photo tour exceeded my expectations. Renata was a gracious and knowledgeable guide, and wonderful photographer. The combination of the guided tour and photos was perfect! Photos turned out beautifully and this was one of the best experiences I had in Rio. Renata, thank you for an amazing experience.

Excellent experience. Highly recommended!

I am entirely satisfied with our 8-hr guided photography tour with Renata, Rio Photo Guide. She was excellent! My friend and I had a fantastic time, it was very well organized, easy to arrange, we felt safe at all times (a priority of hers), and she knew all of the great spots. We had a wonderful time seeing Christ the Redeemer before the lines got out of control, other memorable viewpoints like Dona Marta, Santa Teresa, etc. I would highly recommend Renata. I think it was a terrific value and I have no suggestions for improvement. Comfortable car, very pleasant personality, and excellent photos taken of my friend and I. Thank you!

VIP Customized Private Tour with a Photographer: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Rio de Janeiro.

How much does VIP Customized Private Tour with a Photographer cost?

+

Prices start at $150 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Rio de Janeiro usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does VIP Customized Private Tour with a Photographer take?

+

Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Rio de Janeiro is not rushed.

Is VIP Customized Private Tour with a Photographer worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Rio de Janeiro, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule VIP Customized Private Tour with a Photographer?

+

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is VIP Customized Private Tour with a Photographer suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book VIP Customized Private Tour with a Photographer?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Rio de Janeiro can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Rio de Janeiro and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does VIP Customized Private Tour with a Photographer start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Rio de Janeiro within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Rio de Janeiro?

+

On Outty we rank every Rio de Janeiro experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Rio's Full Day: Selarón Steps, Christ & Sugarloaf – Tickets & Lunch Included, Rio: Tijuca Rainforest Hike, Wildlife, Waterfalls & Caves, Explore the Best of Tijuca Forest – Hike to Peaks, Caves & Falls. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Rio de Janeiro?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Rio de Janeiro?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
