Easy and at your own pace
Our original tour was canceled so we booked this. We loved being able to take our time and check out the places we were interested in. I think we walked about 4 hours. Great tour and will do again!
Response from the operator: What a great way to turn a canceled plan into four hours of exploring Vienna at your own pace! Thank you for the lovely review. We’re happy TouringBee gave you the freedom to linger wherever you wanted, and we’d be delighted to join you again on another city walk.

Engaging and informative
Just like before, didn't regret choosing the audio guide from these guys. It went beyond city history and facts about famous composers, showing places in the city that you'd likely never know about. But the main vibe is still the same as you would expect from the beautiful Vienna.

Great self-paced way to experience Vienna see popular sights along with hidden gems.
Loved that we could accomplish this over 2 days and that everyone was able to move at the pace best for them. Got to cover so many sights!

How to see a lot of the city on your own time
Awesome way to see the city on your own time. You can stop and start whenever you want and walking directions were very clear. Make sure you follow the directions to download the tour for best results. Cons are that there is no ability to ask questions and get local tid bits of info like you can with a live guide
Response from the operator: We’re so glad you enjoyed exploring Vienna at your own pace! You’re absolutely right — an audio guide can’t chat back like a live guide (we’re still working on teaching it small talk over coffee ☕😄), but we do our best to include those little stories and local insights along the way. We hope you’ll choose TouringBee audio guides again on your future travels and keep discovering new cities in your own style!

Great self guided tour
I wanted to enjoy Vienna at my own pace and be able to stop and start where I felt like. I found this tour very informative but didn't overload me with information. It took me about 2.5hrs to complete in total. It included a mixture of historical sites but also culturally significant ones.
Response from the operator: We’re delighted that you enjoyed exploring Vienna at your own pace! 😊 It’s great to hear that the tour felt informative without being overwhelming and that the mix of historical and culturally significant places made the walk engaging. That balance is exactly what we aim for with TouringBee audioguides — giving you the freedom to stop, explore, and continue whenever you like. We hope you’ll choose TouringBee again on your future travels and discover many more cities the same way.

Why this scores 63
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Vienna Walking Tour with Audioguide on Your Smartphone: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Vienna.
How much does Vienna Walking Tour with Audioguide on Your Smartphone cost?
+
Prices start at $10 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Vienna usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Vienna Walking Tour with Audioguide on Your Smartphone take?
+
Plan for about 2.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Vienna is not rushed.
Is Vienna Walking Tour with Audioguide on Your Smartphone worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 63 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Vienna, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Vienna Walking Tour with Audioguide on Your Smartphone?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Vienna Walking Tour with Audioguide on Your Smartphone suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Vienna Walking Tour with Audioguide on Your Smartphone?
+
Around 22 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Vienna can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Vienna and add a light layer if any part of the 2.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Vienna Walking Tour with Audioguide on Your Smartphone start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Vienna within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Vienna?
+
On Outty we rank every Vienna experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Authentic Vienna Food Tour inc. lunch, street food, 3 drinks, Vienna Food Tour: Coffeehouses, Markets, Lunch & Street Food, Budapest Small-Group Day Trip from Vienna. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Vienna?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Vienna?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
