False advertising
Our tour guide was very kind, attentive and respectful. That being said, the fact that we purchased a tour in Italian language and all we got was an AI generated computer speech full of mistakes is absolutely inadequate and far from being acceptable. Absolutely NOT what we paid good money for. Selling things for what they are not is a deplorable business practice and cannot be tolerated. Two member of our group did not speak English and this made everyone’s experience not enjoyable at all.
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, especially regarding the language of the tour. We understand how disappointing this must have been for members of your group who did not speak English. While we are glad to hear that you found your guide kind, attentive and respectful, we sincerely regret that the audio experience did not reflect what you expected when booking an Italian-language tour. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we take your comments very seriously. We are currently reviewing how language options are presented and delivered to ensure that all guests receive a clear and accurate experience matching their booking. Thank you again for your honest feedback — it helps us improve. We hope we may have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and provide a much better experience. Best regards, The Royal E-Cars Tours Team

Amazing and unique Vienna experience!
Our guide was so kind and funny. He was very informative, humorous and entertaining, which made the whole experience fun and enjoyable! My dad, who always complains about everything, said the host was incredibly gracious and he had a wonderful time. We had a little laugh when we arrived and realized it was a horseless carriage (our fault, we didn’t read the description closely!), HOWEVER, we went way faster than all of the other carriages which allowed us to see more of Vienna during our hour long tour. AND, we could actually hear the tour guide without the very loud sound of the horses clop-clopping down the road! We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend. PS - the gluwhein was the best and smoothest/easiest to drink of the whole trip - my parents thought it was better than the wine in the markets!

Keep up the good work⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Booking and tour itself were very efficient, very professional, and very friendly. As a first time customer I will definitely book one more tour again. Driving around the Vienna ‘Altstadt’ withe theese eco-friendly royal cars is absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend this company for everyone.

Why this scores 42
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Vienna: 60 min. Royal E-Carriage Sightseeing Tour with Drinks: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Vienna.
How much does Vienna: 60 min. Royal E-Carriage Sightseeing Tour with Drinks cost?
+
Prices start at $260 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Vienna usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Vienna: 60 min. Royal E-Carriage Sightseeing Tour with Drinks take?
+
Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Vienna is not rushed.
Is Vienna: 60 min. Royal E-Carriage Sightseeing Tour with Drinks worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 42 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Vienna, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Vienna: 60 min. Royal E-Carriage Sightseeing Tour with Drinks?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Vienna: 60 min. Royal E-Carriage Sightseeing Tour with Drinks suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Vienna: 60 min. Royal E-Carriage Sightseeing Tour with Drinks?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Vienna can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Vienna and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Vienna: 60 min. Royal E-Carriage Sightseeing Tour with Drinks start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Vienna within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Vienna?
+
On Outty we rank every Vienna experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Authentic Vienna Food Tour inc. lunch, street food, 3 drinks, Vienna Food Tour: Coffeehouses, Markets, Lunch & Street Food, Budapest Small-Group Day Trip from Vienna. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Vienna?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Vienna?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
