A Wonderful Italian Cooking Experience in Verona with the Lovely Nika! 🇮🇹🍝❤️

This was a truly wonderful experience! The class was held at Ristorante Rubiani, which is a beautiful restaurant. Our host, Nika, was so kind, caring and patient. There were two other ladies doing the class with me, and we had so much fun together. Nika’s main aim was to make sure we enjoyed ourselves, and she certainly achieved that! She guided us through making tiramisu, fresh ravioli and pasta. Afterwards, we were given a beautiful table outside where we could enjoy the food we had made, with the chef cooking our freshly prepared pasta dishes for us. The tiramisu we made at the beginning was served as our dessert. We also enjoyed delicious Prosecco while cooking, followed by Chardonnay with our meal, which made the whole experience even more special. I have to admit that, after an early flight, I was absolutely exhausted and had started to regret booking a 7 pm experience. However, as soon as I arrived, I found the whole evening light-hearted, enjoyable and surprisingly energising! I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Verona. And if you’re lucky enough to have Nika as your host, that’s an added bonus! ❤️

    The BEST cooking class

Wonderful authentic experience! I’m a professional chef and I was impressed by the quality of this class. Educational, fun experience for beginners to pros. Thoroughly explained the whys and tips for each recipe. Everything was delicious and our group of 14 had the best time! 2 of us made the recipes for groups of friends when we got home and they couldn’t believe it was all hand made.

    Amazing, must do experience!

Very enjoyable. Our instructor/chef was so friendly, knowledgeable and made the experience fun. We had our baby with us, and she made such an effort to support us whilst making the pasta. We sadly didn’t get her name but she cooked some of the pasta we made in just plain water and olive oil so our little baby could eat with us which made the activity even more special. Pasta and tiramisu were both so tasty. Would highly recommend

    Easy. Fun. Delicious.

This was a really fun way to learn a little Italian cooking skills, meet some new people, and have a great lunch. We chose this particular cooking lesson location because it was walkable-not requiring being picked up.
