A different Saturday

It is a fun and rewarding experience. The teacher was well-informed and captured our attention with great charm. We learned a lot about vermouth from its origins, and the tasting was interesting. Later, we made our own vermouth and took it home. You can't ask for more!!!

Response from the operator: ¡Muchísimas gracias por tus palabras! Nos alegra muchísimo saber que disfrutaste de la experiencia y que te llevaste un pedacito del mundo del vermut contigo. Ahora solo queda una cosa: seguir disfrutando del vermut y compartiendo buenos momentos.

This class was a lot of fun. Elena was interesting and informative. We learned a lot about vermouth, got to try several drinks, and had a lot of fun crafting our own vermouths. The class size was perfect, and as usual at these type of experiences, but the end of the class (after everyone got to try some drinks), we were all chatting and laughing like old friends.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for this lovely review 😊 We’re very happy to hear you enjoyed both the vermouth discovery journey and the crafting experience. And yes… one of our favorite parts is seeing complete strangers slowly turn into aperitif companions by the end of the class. Thanks again for joining us, and we hope you’ll keep spreading the vermouth love wherever you go!

Do it!

Such a fun and informative experience! We learned the history behind vermut, how it’s made, and then got to create our own little bottle. I highly recommend!

Response from the operator: Thank you, Judith! 🥃✨ We’re so happy you enjoyed diving into the world of vermut and crafting your own creation. Now you have a little bottle of Las Vermudas magic to take home! Cheers, and hope to see you again for more vermut adventures!

Learned a ton and had fun

I went to the Vermouth experience with my husband, and we had a great time. Elena, the host, was very charming and knowledgeable. She told us so many interesting things about vermouth; it changed my perception of this drink and enriched my horizon. The vermouth was delicious, and I was surprised by how versatile it is! Crafting our own beverage was fun and inspiring. I highly recommend this experience.

Response from the operator: Hi Olga! Thank you so much for your lovely review! We're thrilled to hear that you and your husband had a great time at the Vermouth experience. It's wonderful that we've been able to change your perception of vermouth and show you its versatility. Crafting your own beverage is indeed a unique and inspiring activity! We appreciate your high recommendation and can't wait to welcome you back for more vermouth adventures. Cheers, The Las Vermudas Team

Learned a lot about vermouth

We found the activity enjoyable as well as educational. It was a fun activity that we did as a family. The souvenir bottle of vermouth was a good idea as we had something to discuss even well after the activity.

Response from the operator: Than you Anna! We love sharing our passion for vermouth in an informal and fun way, glad you kept enjoying the experience back home!

Vermouth Tasting and Crafting in Barcelona: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Barcelona.

How much does Vermouth Tasting and Crafting in Barcelona cost?

+

Prices start at $35 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Barcelona usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Vermouth Tasting and Crafting in Barcelona take?

+

Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Barcelona is not rushed.

Is Vermouth Tasting and Crafting in Barcelona worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 61 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Barcelona, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Vermouth Tasting and Crafting in Barcelona?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Vermouth Tasting and Crafting in Barcelona suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 18. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 1.5-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Vermouth Tasting and Crafting in Barcelona?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Barcelona can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Barcelona and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Vermouth Tasting and Crafting in Barcelona start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Barcelona within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Barcelona?

+

Barcelona's Gaudí sites are capacity-limited and the official timed tickets go first, so most of the market is resellers with a guide attached. We weight those heavily on whether the guide is an architecture specialist. Beyond Gaudí, the tapas crawls in Gràcia and the Montserrat day trips carry the highest rankings in the city. On Outty we rank every Barcelona experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Gràcia Tapas and Vermouth Crawl, Costa Brava Tour: Kayak, Snorkel & Cliff Jump from Barcelona, Costa Brava Tour: Kayak, Snorkel, Cliff Jump & lunch Small Group. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Barcelona?

+

May, June, September and October. Sagrada Família light is best mid-morning. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Barcelona?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
