- Important: From January 12 to March 31, 2026, conservation work will be carried out on Michelangelo’s Last Judgment (Giudizio Universale). The Sistine Chapel will remain open to visitors; however, the fresco will be temporarily not visible due to scaffolding. We thank you for your understanding during this important preservation project.

Guide was great but with a small downside
Our tour guide was really very nice; she explained everything clearly and answered our questions. Unfortunately, we lost contact with our group and the guide in the Sistine Chapel because we arrived at the meeting point three minutes late. Although we called the booking office, the guide did not come back for us. Consequently, we had to make our own way to the dome of St. Peter's Basilica and join the queue there. That was a real shame. We later learned that situations like this can indeed happen.

Perfect
I had the chance to go at a time when no tickets were available. The price is higher than official rate (almost double) but it is still good. Could easily be triple and quadruple, since resellers can choose whatever price range they want. I highly recommend EcoArt travel.

A Must-Do – No Question
A really well-organised tour from start to finish. Everything ran smoothly, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Samantha, our tour guide, was excellent — incredibly knowledgeable and also very friendly. She brought everything to life with her insights and made the experience even more engaging. We particularly enjoyed visiting the museum and, of course, the Sistine Chapel. The history is absolutely incredible, and the beauty of it all is truly breathtaking. A fantastic experience that we would highly recommend.

Fantastic tour
Our tour guide Marie Laura was fantastic. We had 9.30am tour booked. It was small group. In very hot conditions she made the tour very enjoyable. My 14 and 12year old says it was a highlight of their trip to Rome. Skip the line well worth it in the heat.
