Delivered the Tickets, Even if Heavily Overpriced and Unclear
Delivered the tickets, even if severely marked up (but, if you want to see the Vatican and weren’t able to book a month+ in advance and need last-minute skip the line tickets, you can get them from here. If you don’t do skip the line it will be a miserable, verging-on-inhumane endurancefest of a queue to try and get in. Be prepared for your entrance time to change. We booked a noon entrance but was told our time moved to 12:30 only once we got to the collection point. We arrived at 11:30 (so we would have time to get our tickets, get to the entrance, and be admitted at 12:00 since we did not know the admission time had been changed on us). The company then wanted us to return at 12:30 so they could THEN take the 10-15 minutes to walk us to the entrance, wait in the relatively short skip-the-line line, and be admitted between 12:45 and 12:55 (when we budgeted our time with the expectation of entering the Vatican at 12:00. We were finally able to convince them to just give us our tickets at about 11:40 and we were able to enter the Vatican a little after noon. All this to say - if you need last-minute skip-the-line tickets and are willing to pay a massive mark-up for them, this place can work for you. Just be sure adjust your expectations to arrive inside the Vatican about an hour after the time listed by this vendor on their Viator site.

Fast Track
Our experience was excellent. We arrived at the Gyosh office 10 minutes before our scheduled booking time and our guide got us into the Vatican within about 15 minutes - we skipped right past all of the queues and he made it as stress free as possible. Once inside you are on your own but he showed us how to get the map for the museum which was great. This is perfect if you want to skip ahead of all the queues and have time to explore the area yourself. Would recommend to anyone.

Hot and Tons of people
Basically this tour was just getting in without the wait in line. After getting in you are on your own. We could not get the map of the Vatican after we got in to download on our phones. There were tons of people and hot in some areas.

Great Accommodations For When You’re a Problem
I’ve never left a review, but I am so grateful for the help I received that I had to. Feel free to ignore if you hate essays. I’m not one for third-party-bookings (with respect), but I was out of options with a week left in Italy. I was a bit hesitant about meeting somewhere to receive the ticket, but it was no big deal, as it’s a pretty close walk to the Vatican. I had run into an issue and couldn’t be at the meeting point on time, and they accommodated me well. They walked me to the Vatican to make sure I could get in within the 30min time frame allowed. They had also offered to meet me at the Vatican and bring me my ticket. I was then brought the rest of the way (they waited!) by Juan, who is a very nice and happy man. He made me feel extremely comfortable about accidentally being a menace. We breezed through the speedy line and the 95° made every cent worth it. Juan went as far as going to the counter with me to ensure they’d accept my ticket. Don’t tell anyone, but you can stay as long as you want in the museum despite a listed time frame. You will be prompted to leave by 7:30 though! You don’t have to dress fancy, cover the shoulders and knees (I brought a shawl) -only have to wear in the Sistine Chapel-not the museum! No backpacks. Wear comfy shoes and enjoy. Shoutout Juan.
