Response from the operator: Dear client, this is Silvia. The VATICAN MUSEUMS have officially announced its closure on the day of his tour. I have not the power to order the opening. All the refund process are made by Viator, not by me. So the only person not responsable in this situation is my company, but I don't know how the review is against me.
