    Amazing experience!

A natural wonder, that even more incredible in person than the beautiful photos that you see all over. I have partially limited mobility (I walk with a stick for balance) but the footing was pretty smooth on the sandy canyon floor, the elevation gain was modest, and the pace was comfortable. Our guide was friendly snd knowledgeable, and very helpful in taking pictures along the way for the hikers.

    This app is garbage

This app is horrible, on this app we did not give what company was doing a tour only a pick up spot and then that pick up spot. It seems there was three different companies doing tours. I went to the first company. They told me these companies in this area did not do a 12 o’clock tour they sent me a 2 mile down the road which I found nothing then I had to call thunder travels to figure out which company was supposed to be doing our tour and at that time when we finally found out, we were four minutes late and missed our tour now we’re out $350 because we cannot get a refund worst experience ever

    Beautiful caves, bad touring company.

The entire thing has become comical. There's a list of "can't do" handed down as soon as you check in. I understand the no video policy, but it almost feels like they are threatening you with consequences if you are caught taking a video. The slot canyons are beautiful, but the tour companies running the show are a damn joke. Racially biased too while at it.

    Amazing canyon

Some walking is involved including an uphill walk and walking down stairs to the shuttle bus lot. It was worth the bumpy shuttle ride and walking. Definitely a must see.

Upper Antelope Canyon Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Page.

How much does Upper Antelope Canyon Tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $145 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Page usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Upper Antelope Canyon Tour take?

    +

Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Page is not rushed.

Is Upper Antelope Canyon Tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 37 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.8/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Page, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Upper Antelope Canyon Tour?

    +

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Upper Antelope Canyon Tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Upper Antelope Canyon Tour?

    +

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Page can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Page and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Upper Antelope Canyon Tour start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Page within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Page?

    +

Page exists for two icons: guided Antelope Canyon slot tours, which are the only legal way in, and Horseshoe Bend overlooks, plus Lake Powell boat trips and Colorado River float runs. On Outty we rank every Page experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Lower Antelope Canyon Hiking Tour, Navajo Dinner Theater, Hoop Dancing, and Native Storytelling, Secret Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend Overlook. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Page?

    +

March to May and September to October; midday canyon slots are best for light beams. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Page?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
