Bebelplatz
Just after the island, You see the Forum Fridericianum, which consists of the State Opera, the Law Faculty of Humboldt University, Humboldt University, the State Library, and the first Catholic Church in Berlin, St. Hedwig's Cathedral. You are now in the middle of the forum on Bebelplatz – famous as the 'Nazi Book(25.000) Burning Square, where you find a memorial in remembrance of the burning of the books in 1933.

Along the former border strip, you will see original parts of the Berlin Wall and the site of the "Topography of Terror," one of the most frequently visited documentation centres on the period of National Socialism, the former site of the Headquarters of the SS and Gestapo. Right next to it, you find Martin-Gropius-Bau, where exhibitions of the well-known Chinese artist Ai Weiwei and the international exhibition David Bowie have taken place amongst others. In its front, the Prussian Parlement.

Multi mode trip of Berlin!
Great trip with Levi. Was great that he had 4-5 different modes of transport which made it fun for the whole family from 5 year olds to 59 year olds!

The best way to see Berlin.
We had a private tour for 9 of us, adults and kids and a combination of a rickshaw, E-bikes and even an e-scooter for a bit of extra fun. All the equipment was very new and great quality. The tour was approx 4 hours and took us round all the main sites of Berlin with knowledgable guides stopping to explain things at all the key points. The pace was relaxing and safe and no problem for the kids to handle and with the e bike option not too much hard work either. It’s so much better than doing a walking tour or open top bus tour with lots of other people. This way you can see what you want when you want. Highly recommended.
