Wow! This was amazing. Book with Ted!
Words do not do this trip justice. First, Ted is the best! He was an amazing guide—and excellent photographer as an added bonus! He communicated ahead of our trip to make sure we had everything we needed, picked us up at our hotel, and shared tons of helpful and entertaining information as we drove through the stunning countryside. Our stop at Delphi was only the beginning of the awe-inspiring things we saw. Meteora is beyond description. By far one of the most stunning things I’ve ever experienced. The sunset views are absolutely magical, and Ted knew the best spots and timed it out perfectly. Our overnight stay in Kastraki had all the charms of a small village, but all the comfort and amenities we needed. Dinner at a local taverna was delicious, and the night cap just across the street from the guest house both had fantastic views. The tours through the iconic monasteries was breathtaking from every angle, from below, from above, inside and out. I would love to return and make this same trip again—but only with Ted! This was truly a bucket list experience that more people need to know about and experience for themselves. Wow is all I have to say.
Response from the operator: Wow is all I have to say too!!! This stellar review is the best reward for me and my biggest motivation to keep going! Thanks again for everything. Best regards, Ted Velmachos

Fabulous!!
My friends and I scheduled a tour of Greece, and Ted was our contact and guide. We took a chance and were wonderfully pleased. We toured Delphi and the countryside. We were so pleased with our experiences that day, that we scheduled more. Ted met us after our cruise and took us on a tour of Athens and to Meteora the next day. He knew the locations of the best local eateries and shopping. I was impressed with his knowledge, not only of history, but of current news and events. He treated us "Golden Girls" like family. He carefully saw to our needs, answered our questions with insight, and made us feel special. I would return to Greece for a tour just for his attention to detail, advice, knowledge and friendliness. Of course, there is much more in Greece for this tourist to explore!
Response from the operator: It was my absolute pleasure to meet you lovely ladies and spend this quality time with you. Your kindness really stands out and made my day. Wish you all the best and looking forward to seeing you soon. Best regards, Ted Velmachos

Ted is The Man!
Ted was more than a safe and trustworthy tour provider. He was always respectful and gave us a great perspective not on the sites and Greek history, but also on everyday life in Greece. He's very flexible and will work with you on what you want, so write to him and he'll be more than happy to help. And to Ted: See you again, soon!
Response from the operator: Could be happier meeting and traveling with you! We had an amazing time and I really hope to see you again soon. Best regards, Ted Velmachos

The most beautiful experience in mainland Greece in the history of ever!
This excursion is worth every penny. The location is like a scene out of Lord of the Rings. The landscape and architecture is out of this world. We visited the monasteries and saw the sunset from atop a Meteora boulder. The accommodations in the tavern fit into the landscape like a fairy tale and the hospitality was wonderful. Dinner was real, traditional Greek cuisine and so was breakfast. Ted is the best tour operator that one can possibly have while visiting mainland Greece. Everything about the experience was beautiful and memorable, and I would absolutely do it again. I recommend this tour unreservedly.
Response from the operator: I couldn't possibly thank you enough for all of your kind words. It was my absolute pleasure to see you again along with your family this time and i am glad that i was able to live up to your expectations for this tour. Looking forward to seeing you again soon. Best regards, Ted Velmachos

Unfortunately had to cancel but they were very helpful
Unfortunately I am having to cancel my trip to Greece due to COVID19. I was able to talk directly with the company about options and get a full refund. I will be rebooking for my revised trip date of 2021 when available.
Response from the operator: When all this is over, we look forward to welcome you in Greece. Untill then stay safe! Best regards, Ted Velmachos

Why this scores 65
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Unforgettable Delphi and Meteora PrivateTour All Inclusive: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Athens.
How much does Unforgettable Delphi and Meteora PrivateTour All Inclusive cost?
+
Prices start at $114 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Athens usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Unforgettable Delphi and Meteora PrivateTour All Inclusive take?
+
Plan for about 48 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Athens is not rushed.
Is Unforgettable Delphi and Meteora PrivateTour All Inclusive worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 65 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Athens, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Unforgettable Delphi and Meteora PrivateTour All Inclusive?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Unforgettable Delphi and Meteora PrivateTour All Inclusive suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 48-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Unforgettable Delphi and Meteora PrivateTour All Inclusive?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Athens can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Athens and add a light layer if any part of the 48-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Unforgettable Delphi and Meteora PrivateTour All Inclusive start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Athens within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Athens?
+
On Outty we rank every Athens experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Athens Small Group E-Bike Tour, Small Group Greek Traditional Food Tour in Athens 20+ Tastings, Athens Scenic Bike Tour with Regular or Electric Bike + Acropolis. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Athens?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Athens?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
