Uluwatu Sunset Kecak Dance & Jimbaran Seafood Dinner

First, the driver and the tour guide were both Great! BUT the sunset dinner was absolutely horrible, and I believe it was planned! I don’t know if it was planned by the owner or the restaurant. Here’s why: 1. The lobster was super dry and you had to scrape it from the shell with your fork, which was a daunting and extremely messy task to say the least. 2. The fish was EXTREMELY boney. When I say extremely I mean it was the worst fish I have EVER been served in a restaurant, and there was virtually no meat!! I grew up poor and I am not fancy. I am a working class guy, so don’t think this comes from a place of arrogance. I just have never been served such a horrible meal in a restaurant! Never! 3. THERE’S NO WAY that restaurant serves anything like the food they gave us to local people!!! NO WAY or they would be out of business. They chose to give us what appeared to be overcooked boney scraps because either the tour company gave them a spending limit or the restaurant did it behind the tour company’s back. I personally believe it’s the former. I can’t imagine any business would serve that crap to customers! However, I still gave the server a really good tip. Again, the driver and the tour guide were great, but the dinner was an absolute rip off. If you are looking for a good dinning experience, I would avoid this tour with this company. I’ve been on food tours in multiple cities in the United States, Mexico, Malaysia, and Costa Rica. This was the absolute worst food I’ve ever had! Buyer Beware!

Amazing performance

The dance was very entertaining and unique. I was with my friend and his wife. The show was very beautiful and my guide was able to teach me many things about the Indonesian culture. Dance was like nothing I have ever seen before and I highly recommend this for people that want to learn about cultures around the world.

Great cultural experience

This was one of the highlights of our holiday. It was a wonderful and unique cultural experience and definitely worth doing. We booked our tour through eOasia, our friendly driver Bagus shared lots of great information about Bali and helped us take some photos to help capture the memories. The traditional dance combined with the sunset was breathtaking, and it was great to witness and be immersed in such a rich cultural story. We ended the experience with a beautiful seafood dinner on the beach. Highly recommend!

Response from the operator: Hi issysert, Warmest Greetings! Thank you for your kind review. We are very grateful to be receiving such a positive feedback. We truly appreciate your feedback and always tried our best to make your experience memorable. Thank you for using Tour East Indonesia and can’t wait to serve you again. Cheers!

Great value and such a rich experience!

This was a FANTASTIC trip! Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave in depth explanations for everything that we saw throughout our tour. The temple and kecak dance were beautiful and fascinating and then the dinner afterwards was so delicious and was right on the beach! We had no complaints and would highly recommend this tour!

Response from the operator: Hi Emily, thank you very much for leaving us such a great review. We are happy to hear you have enjoyed the tour with us. Thank you for using Tour East Indonesia and we hope to serve you again in the future.

Uluwatu Sunset Kecak Fire Dance Show, Bali Temple, include Dinner: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kuta.

How much does Uluwatu Sunset Kecak Fire Dance Show, Bali Temple, include Dinner cost?

+

Prices start at $27 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kuta usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Uluwatu Sunset Kecak Fire Dance Show, Bali Temple, include Dinner take?

+

Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kuta is not rushed.

Is Uluwatu Sunset Kecak Fire Dance Show, Bali Temple, include Dinner worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.6/5 across 45 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Kuta, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Uluwatu Sunset Kecak Fire Dance Show, Bali Temple, include Dinner?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Uluwatu Sunset Kecak Fire Dance Show, Bali Temple, include Dinner suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Uluwatu Sunset Kecak Fire Dance Show, Bali Temple, include Dinner?

+

Around 16 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kuta can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kuta and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Uluwatu Sunset Kecak Fire Dance Show, Bali Temple, include Dinner start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kuta within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Kuta?

+

On Outty we rank every Kuta experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include East Bali Tour: Gate of Heaven, Water Palace, Sleeping Gajah, Ubud Day Tour: Sacred Monkey Forest, Tegenungan Waterfall, Rice Terrace, Bali 5 Days and 4 Nights Private Tour - Best and Famous Site. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Kuta?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Kuta?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
