Vibrant cultural dance
Exploring the temple and seeing the Kecak Dance was a really wonderful experience. The dance was beautiful, needed no translation/explanation, the costumes were vibrant, and the show was humorous at times with some audience engagement. It was fantastic to get a glimpse into some of the rich culture in Bali. Really enjoyed this experience and sunset was magical. It was nice to have dinner on the beach (the ride to dinner was about 45 minutes), and the food was decent.

100% MUST DO. Incredible experience!
Elga and his father picked us up from our hotel and drove us to Uluwatu. They prepared all the tickets, so we had no hassle, no lines, very relaxed and easy. They walked us around the temple and ensured we did not get any items stolen from the monkeys (who then trade you your item for food). Elga and his father were excellent guides, knowledgeable, kind, accommodating (we had someone who had to leave early and they made arrangements). The Kecak show was AMAZING! I highly recommend this to everyone. The sound/ voice percussion gives you chills. So impressive and beautiful to listen to. The dancing is an art, costumes are magnificent. The show feels like it could be performed on a Broadway stage but instead you get this up close and intimate experience. Indescribable.
Response from the operator: Dear Holly, Thank you for the amazing review! We're glad you enjoyed your trip to Uluwatu with us. We strive to provide a relaxed and hassle-free experience. It was our pleasure to take care of the tickets and ensure you had a smooth and enjoyable time. We're delighted that you felt well taken care of during the temple visit and that our guides were knowledgeable and accommodating. We're also thrilled that you loved the Kecak show, finding it impressive, beautiful, and indescribable. Thank you for recommending us to others. We hope to welcome you back for more memorable experiences in the future.

+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Uluwatu Sunset Experience: Kecak Dance and Dinner at Jimbaran?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Jimbaran can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Jimbaran and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Jimbaran?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Jimbaran?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
