    “Technical Difficulties” ?l poor communication

Your operator GREENTOURS did not show up and did not communicate to Viator that they’d cancelled the booking the day before. Meanwhile Viator is sending both emails and texts regarding details and meeting spot and time right up to an hour prior. Had Viator been informed their information would have reflected that the tour was cancelled and we would have gone to the Uffutzi early enough to get a tickets so we could still see the collection. Instead they offered 2 time options 2 days later which NATURALLY was outside of our scheduled time in Florence. Poor communication between GREENTOURS and VIATOR. In this day and age there is no excuse for partner organizations to screw this up. All the tour operator could offer was that they had “technical difficulties”. Like maybe forgot to purchase the timed entry tickets that we’d arranged through Viator and partner GREENTOURS. Highly unsatisfying or experience with GREENTOURS and possibly VIATOR IS PARTIALLY to blame as well. Regardless I would avoid booking with them.

Wonderful tour with a belladonna Julia

Julia was extremely knowledgeable about the Renaissance and joyfully imparted her knowledge to us. We hit the main highlights and learned so much! Now we know so much about this form of art.
