A perfect day
Incredible experience from start to finish. An experience which figures among our favorites in Argentina. The communication was great, the guides were fantastic and very great to talk with (bilingual also). The horseriding was easy, we were not experienced and the horses were not hard at all to ride. Every view was worth a photo during the ride, which lasted about 2.5 hours. The lunch after was magnificent, some of the best we had in Argentina. I would pay the price anytime to experience this again, don’t miss it!
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your contribution, Philippe! Without a doubt, Quebrada del Cóndor is a fantastic place, as is the family that welcomes you! We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed it! Best regards,

Great day enjoying the views!
This trip was with Kahuak (not sure if that is always the case or they book with whoever has availability). It was a long drive out to the Valley, but beautiful views, especially the Reservoir. We had a quick bite of traditional Argentine bread, some mate/coffee/tea depending on preference, and off we went to meet the horses. We were outfitted accordingly then enjoyed a nice easy ride. We stopped a few times for pictures and got off the horses at one point for a quick snack and to enjoy the views. We also saw some condors! Once we arrived back at the ranch, the asado was almost ready. Amazing homemade empanads to start (with wine of course!) then on to the main. Plenty of vegetable dishes (delicious!) to accompany all the meat. And I mean ALL the meat...so many options from steak, chicken, ribs, sausages. You will not be hungry after this tour! I'm glad I booked this tour and enjoyed my time.
Response from the operator: Hi Katie, Actually, this amazing experience is carried out by our good friends from Quebrada del Condor Thank you very much for commenting on your experience. We are very happy that you enjoyed the horse ride in this magical place! We send you greetings and we hope you can come back !!

Bad Horseback riding!
The horseback riding was very misleading. We rode through the pasture never reaching the Andes. Anyone could of rode in their own backyard. My girlfriend canceled and I wasn’t credited back anything. The food was amazing & the hospitality was incredible. I went to ride in the Andes.

Great day
I can highly recommend this tour. We had an awesome day in the Andes. We were picked up at the hotel early in the morning. We received a lot of information about Mendoza and the area around during the trip. The Guide spoke great english and was absolutely attentive. After reaching the ranch we got some information about the horses and how to ride. We rode for 3,5h trough the Andes and reached an height from 3000m. In the middle of the ride we've stoppt for a break and had a snack and wine plus we saw 7 condor. The BBQ after the ride was fantastic there was tons of meat, salad and vegetables and of course wine.

Merci for a once in a lifetime experience
I could not recommend enough this experience, the guide we had (Pehuen) was amazing, very knowledgeable and so nice. The pick up and drop off are very smooth, the ride to the ranch is nice, the horses are very easy going and steady even for people with absolutely no experience, the landscape is absolutely stunning. Everybody welcomes with open arms and the food and wine are delicious so I can only thank them all for this one in a lifetime experience that will definitely be the highlight of my argentinian experience as much for the wonder of nature as for the human experience.

Uco Valley Horseback Riding Tour with Traditional Argentine Lunch: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Mendoza.
How much does Uco Valley Horseback Riding Tour with Traditional Argentine Lunch cost?
+
Prices start at $440 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Mendoza usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Uco Valley Horseback Riding Tour with Traditional Argentine Lunch take?
+
Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Mendoza is not rushed.
Is Uco Valley Horseback Riding Tour with Traditional Argentine Lunch worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 15 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Mendoza, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Uco Valley Horseback Riding Tour with Traditional Argentine Lunch?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Uco Valley Horseback Riding Tour with Traditional Argentine Lunch suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Uco Valley Horseback Riding Tour with Traditional Argentine Lunch?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Mendoza can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Mendoza and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Uco Valley Horseback Riding Tour with Traditional Argentine Lunch start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Mendoza within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Mendoza?
+
On Outty we rank every Mendoza experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include High Mountain, Aconcagua and Inca Bridge, Andes High Mountain full day Tour, Horseback riding and roast in the mountains of Mendoza. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Mendoza?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Mendoza?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
What is included in Uco Valley Horseback Riding Tour with Traditional Argentine Lunch?
+
Included: Bebidas; Round trip transportation and professional bilingual guide; 3 - 4 hours of horseback riding; and Lunch: Full Creole Asado. Not included: Gratuities. Always check the voucher for the final list before you travel.
