Fabulous trip with Nalin from BH Tours

We booked our private driver with BH Tours and we designed our own itinerary. We had a fabulous time. Our driver, Nalin was lovely. He accommodated all our requests and was easy to deal with. We will recommend BH Tours to all our friends and family.

Magnificent Country, wonderful tour.

The best part of this tour was Sri Lanka. The next best thing was the food. Our guide, Sidath Thilakarathna, made everything extra special. Sidath was able to figure out exactly what we wanted to do and to find the best local restaurants and guides. He took such great care to make sure the trip went as we wanted.

Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to leave us a wonderful review. We are thrilled to hear that you loved your experience with us. Your kind words mean a lot to our team!

Experiencing the culture and nature of the north of SriLanka

With our drive/ guide Sidath Thilakarathna we had a wonderful experience, Not only is he a kind and attentive person, he is a safe driver and he provided us with excellente recommendations and information. Thanks to his knowledge of the cultural and tourist scene we felt he picked the best for us ( dolphin watch, village tour, safari) and our experience often went far beyond our expectations . Sidath also show flexibility when we asked to change some parts of the programme and offered alternatives. He was open to our suggestions for places to eat and made some suggestions to offer her an authentic culinary experience.

Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to leave us a wonderful review. We are thrilled to hear that you loved your experience with us. Your kind words mean a lot to our team!

Amazing Sri Lanka

We largely took the trip BH suggested with some specific modifications and BH were great at listening, adjusting and affecting alternatives when required. Sidath Thilakarathna our guide was key, e.g he got us to the train towards Jaffna finding a station for us to pick up train and had a friend meet us at the other end until he was able to get there. He quickly worked out our rhythm, he took the initiative to make adjustments and suggestions, seemed to know the perfect guides for the wild life parts (knowledgeable and respectful of the wild life) and was spot on in terms of getting us ready for what to expect at each visit. He really was key to what has been an absolutely amazing two weeks.

Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to leave us a wonderful review. We are thrilled to hear that you loved your experience with us. Your kind words mean a lot to our team!

A most pleasant and professional experience throughout

A most pleasant and professional experience from the moment we were collected from the airport all the way up to the drop off two weeks later ! We were expertly looked after by Janaka for the whole two weeks. His insight into Sri Lanka’s history, culture, food and traditions made our trip a memorable one. I cannot recommend him enough ! The choice of hotels was of the highest calibre as was the schedule crafted for us. If i were to highlight anything, it has to be the safaris. Wildlife at such close quarters is a beauty to marvel at. Our holiday was an absolute success thanks to all those that made it so 🙏🏽

Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to leave us a wonderful review. We are thrilled to hear that you loved your experience with us. Your kind words mean a lot to our team!

Two Weeks in Sri Lanka: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Negombo.

How much does Two Weeks in Sri Lanka cost?

+

Prices start at $1770 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Negombo usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Two Weeks in Sri Lanka take?

+

Plan for about 336 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Negombo is not rushed.

Is Two Weeks in Sri Lanka worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 73 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 16 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Negombo, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Two Weeks in Sri Lanka?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Two Weeks in Sri Lanka suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 336-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Two Weeks in Sri Lanka?

+

Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Negombo can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Negombo and add a light layer if any part of the 336-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Two Weeks in Sri Lanka start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Negombo within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Negombo?

+

On Outty we rank every Negombo experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Private Car & Driver for 07 Days Tour In Sri Lanka, Most Popular Round Tour in Sri Lanka (10 Days), Highly recommended multi day tour in Sri Lanka. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Negombo?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Negombo?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
