A lot of fun
This tour with Cooltours was so fun and breath taking with Anna. She is very informative and tries to make the tour very fun. We had such a lively time with her, even my two teenager boys enjoyed the tour. I really recommend Anna she will make the tours you won’t forget
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for touring with me and I had a great day with you and your family!!! I hope we’ll have the opportunity to meet again soon.

Our favorite experience!
My husband & I booked a private day tour with Anna during our stay in Florence on our honeymoon. She took care of absolutely everything and was so knowledgeable about anything we encountered! It was one of our most favorite days of the whole trip. We can't wait to go to back & tour with her again!!

The Best of our Vacation
My family of five toured with Anna in 2016: two beautiful, small, Tuscan family wineries. It was a fantastic day! I recommended Anna to friends. She did three different tours in 2017 with them: all gave her rave reviews. I returned with five couples in November of 2019: What a wonderful day we had: two different Tuscan wineries, and San Gimignano. Anna is personable, knowledgeable, customer-focused and fun! What a great experience, the best of our vacation.

Excellent & Enjoyable Two Day Tour with Anna
My wife and adult sons hired Anna for two separate day tours inclusive of sites, history, wine tours etc...on April 18 & 19 2019. She picked us up in Florence each day and she took us into her world. She has a wonderful, engaging personality and a great sense of humor. We left it to her, asked questions and received info and enjoyed the winery visits and her expertise as a sommelier. We had two wonderful days in Tuscany with Anna. It was one of the great highlights of our vacation. Highest recommendation!! Thank you Anna!!

Above and beyond...The best!!!!
Me and my Fiance did 2 days tours in the Tuscany region with Anna on March 17-18 that included Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca and Chianti...both days were outstanding! Anna is absolutely fabulous, very charming person, She was very knowledgeable and passionate about the history of every place we went. She was great about providing historical background, and took the time to explain every important detail of the region, her knowledge of wine was very reach and interesting to learn, and made the wine tasting at the local family vineyard even more enjoyable, fun and lovely. While she was detailed and descriptive in her commentary, Anna also made it light-hearted and fun for us so our tour felt like a conversation with a friend rather than a lecture. We're very grateful for the time she spent showing us the beautiful Tuscany region...Region full of beautiful landscaping, amazing energy, centuries-old civilization, a place where nature itself appears tamed and enhanced by the presence of man, terraced hills neatly planted with wine and olive trees, monasteries and villas surrounded by woods..we definitely miss this place and Anna, We can't wait to comeback to visit her and enjoy her company again..we made beautiful memories and a friend..!!!I I named these 2 days...one of the best days of my life!!!

Why this scores 65
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Tuscany off the beaten paths: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Florence.
How much does Tuscany off the beaten paths cost?
+
Prices start at $190 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Florence usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Tuscany off the beaten paths take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Florence is not rushed.
Is Tuscany off the beaten paths worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 65 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Florence, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Tuscany off the beaten paths?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Tuscany off the beaten paths suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Tuscany off the beaten paths?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Florence can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Florence and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Tuscany off the beaten paths start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Florence within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Florence?
+
On Outty we rank every Florence experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Best tour in Florence: Renaissance & Medici Tales - guided by a STORYTELLER, Florence Pizza or Pasta Class & Gelato Making at a Tuscan Farm, Small group Tuscan Wineries, Olive Oil & Gourmet Lunch or Dinner. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Florence?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Florence?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
