This was one of the most wonderful and exciting tours that I have ever gone the staff was so gentle and very professional, answered all my questions and were very attentive, the cenote was beautiful and the water was very crystal clear

Best experience so far!!
Unforgettable experience. I am totally satisfied and grateful. It’s my third experience with Odyssey Riviera Cancun and every experience beats the previous one. The logistics super well thought out. For us it is vital that we have been picked up and dropped off at the door of our hotel. The team of guides do their work passionately and fun, as well as being experts in each of the sites we visit. They were not only visual experiences, but learning culture. The food was a delight, a buffet that simply my wife and I could not stop eating. I'm not sure which of the places I'd consider as my favorite yet, but the views of Tulum and the most beautiful cenote I've known so far carry the lead. The photos and memories we keep are worth every penny we pay. I will always recommend them! Thank you.
Response from the operator: ¡Qué alegría leer tu comentario!

Horrible
Totally misrepresented on the web site - this is not a 5 hour tour - ended up being almost 14 hours. Not a good experience. Plus Tulum guide left us and we were not able to enter Tulum because he had the tickets. Not a good experience at all! Food was bad also!
Response from the operator: Dear [Guest], We deeply regret to hear about your experience and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during your tour. This is not the level of service we strive to deliver, and your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve. We understand the importance of accurate timing, and it seems there was a misunderstanding regarding the duration of the tour. Additionally, the issue with the guide and tickets at Tulum is unacceptable, and we will address this matter with our team to ensure it does not happen again. Regarding the food, we are sorry it did not meet your expectations, and we will work with our partners to enhance the quality and variety offered. We truly appreciate your feedback and would love the opportunity to make things right. Please feel free to contact us directly so we can discuss this further and offer a resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Best regards,

Incredible views
The tour is amazing, Tulum is so stunning with its ocean views, the really clear water and climbing the pyramid at Cobá was such an adventure. Playa del Carmen was so fun to walk around at the 5ave, lots of things to do, to eat and also shopping, and the cenotes were the perfect way to cool off. It’s a long day, but definitely worth it! Make sure to bring comfy shoes for exploring and a swimsuit for the cenotes, you’ll want to enjoy every moment
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed Tulum's stunning ocean views, the adventure at Cobá, and the vibrant atmosphere of Playa del Carmen's 5th Avenue. It's great advice to bring comfy shoes and a swimsuit—perfect for making the most of the day! We’re so glad you found the tour worth it, and we hope to see you again for more unforgettable adventures!

Why this scores 56
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Tulum, Cobá, Cenote & Playa del Carmen Full-Day Adventure: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.
How much does Tulum, Cobá, Cenote & Playa del Carmen Full-Day Adventure cost?
+
Prices start at $49 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Tulum, Cobá, Cenote & Playa del Carmen Full-Day Adventure take?
+
Plan for about 12 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.
Is Tulum, Cobá, Cenote & Playa del Carmen Full-Day Adventure worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.9/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Tulum, Cobá, Cenote & Playa del Carmen Full-Day Adventure?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Tulum, Cobá, Cenote & Playa del Carmen Full-Day Adventure suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 12-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Tulum, Cobá, Cenote & Playa del Carmen Full-Day Adventure?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 12-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Tulum, Cobá, Cenote & Playa del Carmen Full-Day Adventure start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cancun?
+
On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cancun?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cancun?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
