Ok. It not fantastic.
This was a good basic tour but not mind blowing. We had done a tour in Lisbon and sadly it was so well done that this one did not compare. The driver was great. - but the prerecorded tour left a lot to be desired.
Response from the operator: Hello Randall. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re glad to hear that the driver met your expectations and that you had a good experience in that regard. We’re sorry that the content of our audio guide did not meet your expectations. We take this kind of feedback very seriously, as it helps us identify areas for improvement and continue working to offer a more complete and engaging service.

Disappointing and at times dangerous
This 2hr 15 tour lasted around 1hr 30. The guide although very lovely, did not speak English so we had a recorded voice over for the tour which was without soup. There were some lovely little streets that we drove along where a tour bus wouldn't be able to go, however, speeding down the main roads in Madrid with no real protection in heavy, fast traffic was hair-raising to say the least. There were 2 near misses. There was no opportunity to stop and get out/take photos or learn the more personal stories of a guide. Disappointing for the price.
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that some aspects of the tour didn’t meet your expectations, but we truly appreciate your kind words about our driver and the unique streets you were able to explore. We always aim to offer both a safe and enjoyable experience, and your comments about the language and pace of the ride are very valuable to us — we’ll use them to continue improving our service. We’re delighted that you enjoyed discovering parts of Madrid that larger vehicles can’t reach, and we hope to welcome you again soon for an even better experience.

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Madrid.
How much does Tuk Tuk Zero Private Tour: The Best of Madrid in 2hrs. 15min. cost?
+
Prices start at $129 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Madrid usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Tuk Tuk Zero Private Tour: The Best of Madrid in 2hrs. 15min. take?
+

Is Tuk Tuk Zero Private Tour: The Best of Madrid in 2hrs. 15min. worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 43 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Madrid, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Tuk Tuk Zero Private Tour: The Best of Madrid in 2hrs. 15min.?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Tuk Tuk Zero Private Tour: The Best of Madrid in 2hrs. 15min. suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2.3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Tuk Tuk Zero Private Tour: The Best of Madrid in 2hrs. 15min.?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Madrid can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Madrid and add a light layer if any part of the 2.3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Tuk Tuk Zero Private Tour: The Best of Madrid in 2hrs. 15min. start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Madrid within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Madrid?
+
On Outty we rank every Madrid experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Madrid Essential: Historic Center, Plaza Mayor & Royal Palace, Madrid Walking Tour from Puerta del Sol to Retiro Park, Madrid Oscuro: Torture, Ghosts, Crimes and Legends. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Madrid?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Madrid?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
