Nice tour of Alicante.
A nice tour around Alicante, but did not seem to follow the itinerary suggested at all, as many of those stops were not mentioned.

Unhappy paying customers
We got no water and no visit to the Santa Barbara castle. Not what we purchased, on thinking back on the experience the tuk tuk would not make it up to the castle. Brakes were horrendous
Response from the operator: We’re sorry the experience didn’t meet your expectations. On that day, access to Santa Bárbara Castle was restricted due to an event, so we couldn’t visit it. Although the castle wasn’t accessible, the tour did continue through other parts of Alicante. Our routes may vary depending on events and access restrictions in the city. The worst tuk tuk tour ever!
I'm here to wan others not to take this tour! The description says there are 10 stops. We hada driver that we couldn't hear while driving, and we had 2 stops on the entire tour. Our 2nd stop was at Castle Santa Barbara where we were told we could walk around for 15 minutes. When we were done, we could not find the driver, and then we found her part way down the mountain where she was stopped by police. We waited until she drove back up the mountain past us, and then we walked up to meet her. The police kept us and her there for 30-40 minutes. They told her that the tour company was not allowed to be there. We were finally able to leave, she drove us back to our meeting point and dropped us off. That was the end of the tour. I immediately reached out to viatcher for a refund, and the tour company denied my refund. Not only that, the tour company denied that there was ever any incident with the police! After a lot of correspondence with Viator, I was finally issued a partial refund. I still find this unacceptable and hope no one else falls for this tour company's scam. I love booking through Viator, and this is the first bad experience I've had.

Alicante tuk tuk tour
Great experience - Don was a really good guide - so relaxing to sit in the tuk tuk, rather than walking round in the heat - a fantastic quick way to quickly take in the highlights of Alicante
