About this experience

We leave from the pick-up points with the minibus and we will drive to Kvaløya Island. Kvaløya has several beautiful fjords and we are going to stop to take pictures close to two of them: Kaldfjord and Ersfjord. The visit continues driving to the beautiful valley of Kattfjordeidet and the guide will tell you more about nature, animals and norwegian outdoor life. The next stop will be to enjoy a little Café and toilette stop. From here, we are moving toward a little island called Håkøya to visit the Memorial of the Tirpitz: a nazi battleship that sank here during the Second World War. We return to Tromsø to the original meeting point. The tour lasts approximately 4 hours. In all the tours we accept wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility. We are also prepared to guide people with visual or hearing impairments. And we always work on creating a comfortable experience for neurodivergent people as well.

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
