Not worth it
Priceless! Tourist trap. The guide speaks super quietly without a microphone in a crowded square. Incomprehensible. Then you have to follow her: she was about 1.5m tall and had no flag, antenna, or umbrella and was lost sight of. After the visit, we knew nothing more than that. Better just buy a ticket: more freedom and cheaper

Trevi fountain up close
Great value for the opportunity to learn about the origins of the fountain, the meaning behind the sculptures and facade, the historical significance and to be able to get to the bottom level up close to Trevi Fountain. Wen did a great job!

Trevi Fountain - Too Crowded
The meeting location was not easy to find. Need to include a picture of the place. To say "Meet your guide in Piazza Poli, in front of the Oratorio dell’Angelo Custode church, opposite Hotel delle Nazioni. This spot is just behind the Trevi Fountain, in a small open square that’s easy to recognize and less crowded." is not helpful when there are so many people (which is expected during the peak tourist season). And for a tourist, saying "opposite Hotel delle Nazioni" is not helpful since the tourist would not know where that would be. We ended up battling the crowd (and heat) to go around the Trevi Fountain and were late. Luckily the guide was still there, giving the spiel about the Fountain. Otherwise we would have missed the tour. After breathing a sigh of relief, the actual tour was okay. Again, fighting the crowds. The tour guide was able to muscle his way into the front of the Trevi Fountain. Not a bad tour for the money... if you can put up with the amount of people. The group size was appropriate.

No Guide
We did not see one tour guide in the Trevi Foundation restricted area. We got little to no information about the fountain, but we did get to skip the line.

Therefore, your claim that "we did not see one tour guide in the restricted area" is factually incorrect. 2. Regarding the "Trevi Foundation": There is no "Trevi Foundation" associated with this tour. If you are referring to the Vicus Caprarius underground archaeological site, we wish to clarify that this is a separate attraction and is not included in the package you booked. Your tour was strictly for the close-access ticketing area at the fountain itself, plus guided historical commentary—both of which were delivered. 3.
