Highly Recommend. Magical Town.

This tour and town were magical! My cousin was visiting Mexico City, and we spent our Saturday on this tour. We were hesitant to get out of Mexico City, but it was such a great choice. Alejandra was very communicative from the time of booking, and the van between Mexico City and Tepoztlan was new and comfortable. We had a great breakfast with just an amazing view of the cliffs and temple on the hill. It felt like we were in a really amazing place from the start. The food was amazing (we both had Chilaquiles). We chose not to do the hike up to the temple, and instead explored the town with Alejandra. I would recommend going on a Saturday because there was a really large market in the town with tons of arts and crafts that we easily spent 2-3 hours meandering through. In the early afternoon, we grouped up for a fun pulque tasting. We learned about pulque's history and tried several varieties. We also went to an amazing ice cream shop in the town that had very unique flavors like Elote. Overall, this was really an excellent experience. We left on time at 7am, and were back in the city by the mid afternoon, so we still had the evening time to do things in Mexico City. It was really authentic to get out of the large city and step into the historic country side. I would highly recommend Alejandra and this tour.
