    Wasn't a great experience

I booked this ride because I have had great experience in the past but we really had a terrible experience and I hope it was a one off. Our driver didn't show up even though we got a text saying he was there. We then were moved to a large coach bus shuttle which wasn't ideal because my mom can't walk far or take steps which is why we booked the private shuttle int he first place. We were then dropped off at arrivals versus departures causing us to lug our luggage and desperately try to find a wheelchair for my mom. It was such a frustrating end to a good vacation.

Response from the operator: Hi SaraJa… Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for this disappointing experience, especially after you had such positive experiences with us in the past. We understand why you chose a private shuttle, particularly to make the transfer easier and more accessible for your mom. We’re very sorry that the driver did not meet you as expected despite the notification that he had arrived, and that you were then moved to a larger coach shuttle that did not meet your needs. Being dropped at Arrivals instead of Departures and having to manage luggage while trying to find a wheelchair made an already frustrating situation even more difficult. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how upsetting it was to end your vacation this way. We truly appreciate your continued trust in us and hope this was an isolated incident. We will review what happened with our team to help ensure a smoother and more accommodating experience in the future.

Got us there! I’ve had this service work fine before. Maybe a rush day

Slow pickup at space 4. Wasn’t at space 4 but across parking lot in a lettered slot. He finally came to get us. We were late for 8am pickup but he was after 9;30 picking up. Missed 11am flight

Response from the operator: Hi marvin… Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the delay and the confusion at the pickup location. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait and, especially, to miss your 11:00 AM flight. We also apologize that the driver was not initially at the designated Space 4 pickup area. We take your concerns seriously and will review what happened with our team to help prevent this from happening again. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience and the impact it had on your travel plans.

Guys were quick to let us...

Guys were quick to let us know where to meet before we even got off the boat. Then they met us a a different location due to me being at the wrong pier. Cam was super clean and he was very friendly

Response from the operator: Hi Christin… Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re so glad our team was able to reach out with meeting instructions before you even got off the boat and help get you to the right location when you realized you were at the wrong pier. We’re also happy to hear you enjoyed the clean van and friendly service from Cam. We truly appreciate your kind words and look forward to riding with you again!

    Great

Worked out great, transfer on time and friendly driver. He even sang to us on our ride to the airport.

Response from the operator: Hi Joyce_R Thank you for the great review! We’re delighted to hear that your transfer was right on time and that you enjoyed the friendly service. We’re especially glad your driver added a little entertainment to the ride with a song! 😊 We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to have the pleasure of driving you again on your next trip.

Transfer Pier 91 to International SeaTac Airport One Way: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Seattle.

How much does Transfer Pier 91 to International SeaTac Airport One Way cost?

    +

Prices start at $27 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Seattle usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Transfer Pier 91 to International SeaTac Airport One Way take?

    +

Plan for about 0.8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Seattle is not rushed.

Is Transfer Pier 91 to International SeaTac Airport One Way worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.9/5 across 105 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Seattle, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Transfer Pier 91 to International SeaTac Airport One Way?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Transfer Pier 91 to International SeaTac Airport One Way suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Transfer Pier 91 to International SeaTac Airport One Way?

    +

Around 37 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Seattle can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Seattle and add a light layer if any part of the 0.8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Transfer Pier 91 to International SeaTac Airport One Way start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Seattle within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Seattle?

    +

Seattle's best days leave the city: Mount Rainier, the San Juans, Olympic National Park and Snoqualmie Falls are all day-trip range, and each one lives or dies on the driver-guide. In town, Pike Place food tours, underground history walks and harbour cruises dominate. Our ranking favours operators with small vans over full coaches on the mountain runs. On Outty we rank every Seattle experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Mt. Rainier Day Tour from Seattle, Seattle City and Snoqualmie Falls Half-Day Guided Tour, Mt. Rainier National Park Highlights Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Seattle?

    +

June to September for clear Rainier views and reliable ferry weather. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Seattle?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
