No large Executive SUV
When we arrived, there was someone there to meet us with a sign. We had asked for an Executive SUV for 4 people. The suv was small. 3 of us are over 6 feet tall. We were packed in like sardines. The picture that was saw online was not what we thought we were getting. Returning back was terrible. There was no sign to tell us where to meet the driver. With over 300 people getting off the cruise ship, it was hard to find our driver.

Great Service!
Our ride from our Sao Paulo hotel to the cruise port in Santos went well under the circumstances. Although it was quite chaotic at the cruise port with so much traffic and people, our driver Florisvaldo made sure we were dropped off at the correct door. He was very patient and pleasant throughout the long wait.

Great Transfer Option in Sao Paolo
