Driver communicates the...
I could have rated this experience great but this happened..We had a couple getting off at another air line and was told that they could walk , the distance was very far which we felt was unacceptable since it was in the same terminal and not out of the way but certainly too far to walk with luggage.

Pissed off
This experience never happened I was contacted by the tour operator to say they were unable to pick us up at the time requested for our ground transfer from Miami cruise port to Miami airport. The earliest they could make it was 11:15 which would have caused us to miss our flight. I told the tour operator that that wouldn’t work for us he said I would have to cancel with Viator. I tried to call viator and cancel my booking but got this number is not in service. I tried to manage my booking on line and cancel it and every time after minutes of waiting would get a message saying oops something went wrong try again later which I did many times. Eventually I had to book our ground transfer with someone else. I would like viator to refund me my money for services I did not use!
