Before closing the transfer, I conducted a very careful search. I consulted different companies, reviews, complaint websites, and experiences of other travelers. Among the evaluated options, what really made the difference in my choice was the service from the first contact and the perception that there would be end-to-end care for our family. And I can say that the experience exceeded expectations. Due to professional commitments, I had to travel separately from my family. We are from São Paulo and, therefore, we had a different reception dynamic: while part of the family arrived on a flight, I would arrive a few hours later, alone. Furthermore, we were traveling with a one-year-old baby, which naturally increases our concern about organization, safety, comfort, and care. And we had two impeccable receptions. Both my family, on the first arrival, and I, later, were received with great cordiality, organization, and attention. We had interactions before and during the trip, follow-up, punctuality, and a care that really made a difference. Another point I consider fundamental is responsible conduct. The drivers were careful, driving calmly, safely, and without rushing. For those traveling with a small child, this conveys a very important sense of security. And I need to highlight the choice of Transfer Premium as well. The vehicles were new, extremely clean, organized, comfortable, and suitable for our needs. It was a choice that made a difference in the experience as a whole. I want to give a special thanks to Marcelo, for the service, attention, and care throughout the entire process.
