We had a fantastic...
We had a fantastic morning learning traditional Vietnamese massage techniques. Our instructor made us feel very comfortable and gave very clear instructions in order to learn the massage techniques. He even suggested we took a video to remind ourselves of the techniques and the order for the future. Communication before the course was wonderful and very clear. We would 100% recommend this course!

Calming, educational, humbling
I thoroughly enjoyed my massage course. It was in a beautiful, serene setting away back from Hanoi’s busy streets. Dao approaches his teaching with care, attention to detail and pride in what the school does. I was very impressed and learnt a lot, as well as feeling humbled by the good they are doing for the community.
Response from the operator: Hi Sophie, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a heartfelt review. Your kind words truly mean a lot to our team. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the serene atmosphere of our space and felt the care and attention to detail in Dao’s teaching We hope the knowledge and experience from the course continue to support your personal wellness journey, and it would be our pleasure to welcome you back anytime you return to Hanoi. Warm regards, Dao’s Care Team

A five days deep massage training
I had a great experience in Dao's Care Spa with Nguyen, who trained me for the Vietnamese Deep Tissue Massage. It was a five days private class and I really appreciated how he guided me, with precision and listening. I was very well received by the whole team. I'm so greatful for this experience. I will be glad to come back one day.

Super exciting and well conducted massage course!
⸻ I took part in the Swedish Deep Tissue Massage massage course at Dao’s Care and was very satisfied. The course was excellently structured: First we got a solid theoretical introduction, then we did joint warm-up exercises reminiscent of yoga, and then the practical part followed. Everything was explained patiently and understandably, so that you felt in good hands at all times. Most of the time we studied as a small group of three (three German participants), occasionally there were also joint lessons with Vietnamese students. I find it particularly impressive that Dao’s Care also specifically trains people with physical disabilities and thereby opens up a valuable career perspective for them. This inclusive attitude characterizes the special atmosphere of the school. I can fully recommend Dao’s Care – both because of the high quality of the lessons, the really good massages, and the remarkable social commitment. Why this scores 54
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Traditional Vietnamese Massage Workshop–Hands-On Training Course: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Hanoi.
How much does Traditional Vietnamese Massage Workshop–Hands-On Training Course cost?
+
Prices start at $1400000 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Hanoi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Traditional Vietnamese Massage Workshop–Hands-On Training Course take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Hanoi is not rushed.
Is Traditional Vietnamese Massage Workshop–Hands-On Training Course worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Hanoi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Traditional Vietnamese Massage Workshop–Hands-On Training Course?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Traditional Vietnamese Massage Workshop–Hands-On Training Course suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 16. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 3-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Traditional Vietnamese Massage Workshop–Hands-On Training Course?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Hanoi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Hanoi and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Traditional Vietnamese Massage Workshop–Hands-On Training Course start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Hanoi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Hanoi?
+
On Outty we rank every Hanoi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Ninh Binh Day Trip from Hanoi with Tam Coc or Trang An & Mua Cave, Ha Giang Loop Tour 4 Days 3 Nights with Ha Giang Vision Tour, Halong Bay Day Tour With Titop Island, Cave, Kayak & Lunch. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Hanoi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Hanoi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
