Poor Customer Service
I’m extremely disappointed with our experience at Pasha Turkish Hamam. We visited as a group of 16 women traveling from the cruise port, and unfortunately, the customer service we received was unacceptable. The ride from the cruise port was approximately 30 minutes. When we arrived, the gentleman who greeted us explained the Turkish bath experience, along with the 20-minute oil massage and an additional 2-for-1 massage option. I personally paid €80 for a 40-minute medical massage and a Thai massage. The people who performed the Turkish bath and massage services were wonderful and professional. However, the experience with the front desk and management was completely different. Once our payments were received, the attitude of the front desk staff and hostess changed. They became rude, aggressive, and very unwelcoming toward our group. I personally did not receive the Thai massage that I paid for. Several other women in our group also reported that they did not receive everything that was included in the services they purchased. Some complained that they were not offered the water or tea that had been mentioned. The experience became even more frustrating when it was time for us to leave. We were told that the staff would call our transportation, but they did not. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our transportation. Meanwhile, another group that arrived after us was able to leave before our group. When our shuttle finally arrived, some members of our group were still receiving massages or changing. A few of their friends attempted to go downstairs to let them know that the transportation had arrived, but the staff refused to allow them to go downstairs. We were traveling on a cruise schedule and had a specific time we needed to be back at the port, so this created unnecessary stress and frustration. What was most disappointing was the rude and disrespectful way the staff treated our group throughout the situation. We came to relax and enjoy a spa experience, but instead we left feeling frustrated and disrespected. The massage therapists and Turkish bath staff who provided our services were great, but unfortunately, the poor customer service, failure to provide services that were paid for, and lack of communication overshadowed the positive parts of the experience. We will not be returning, and I would not recommend this establishment to a large group or anyone traveling on a tight cruise schedule.

Heavenly Hands
My Turkish bath experience was absolutely heavenly! From the moment I entered, I felt completely relaxed and transported into a space of peace, warmth, and renewal. The traditional bathing ritual was both luxurious and deeply rejuvenating, leaving my skin incredibly soft and my entire body refreshed. Every part of the experience felt intentional, soothing, and restorative. The atmosphere was beautiful, the service was exceptional, and I left feeling lighter, calmer, and completely pampered. This was truly more than a bath—it was an unforgettable wellness experience. I highly recommend experiencing a Turkish bath at least once. I would absolutely do it again!

Fabulous experience!
Amazing experience. Picked up at our hotel and driven to the spa. Welcomed and everything explained then onto the treatments. Fabulous experience. The only piece of advice I would give is that teenage girls / early 20’s should be given a female for their Hammam to make them feel more comfortable.

Enjoyable massage
The minivan ride to the Spa was great - we got to see a lot of the surrounding area. The massage was excellent and my masseur was lovely. But at the Turkish spa reception I felt as if I was just going to be processed and they wanted to upsell me by adding on a longer massage. The lights in the women’s shower did not work and toilet light flickered on for a few seconds. The shopping bowl inside the spa was slimey on the bottom. The spa room itself was lovely and as I said the masseurs were very good. I loved the scrub and massage.
