100% recommended
Hello. Greetings from Joshua Salazar, from Lima, Peru. This week I traveled to the DR with my mother Miriam and my brother Aarom. Our experience in Punta Cana, Saona Island, Santo Domingo, and elsewhere was absolutely unbeatable. One of the best. Right away, the wonder of nature that one finds is matchless, everything is paradisiacal, even better than what is shown in the photos. Our experience was made better by Esther, who assisted us with everything we needed, giving us her support and coordinating everything necessary so that we only had to worry about enjoying ourselves.... 100% recommended

TERRIBLE SERVICE!
My family and I went and reserved a boat to go to the island, the idea was that it was just for us alone and they told us that it was possible, well it was totally the opposite, they charged us 1,300 dollars for the rental and they made us get on with totally strange people when the truth is we had not paid for that. I found it totally dishonest that they were not transparent regarding the service, we did not like the treatment they gave us since they were rude and despotic, I do not recommend this service with them, do not waste your time and money with people who are not worth it and change your itinerary as foreign tourists, TERRIBLE SERVICE!

TERRIBLE SERVICE, SCAMMERS.
Our experience with them was terrible. They had sold us a personalized plan for my whole family and when we arrived at the site they told us that they could no longer take us because it was sold by a person who had given us a price that was not correct. The lady was rude and threatened to sue us just for demanding that they return our money. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Bad experience they are scammers
Very bad experience with this company. They have outside salespeople who offer and sell misleading advertising, and when it has been paid for, they provide a service that does not correspond to the business, and the company does not respond. The owner is a scammer and offers options to fix it by charging more money. I do not recommend her, -0 stars. I sent the driver who will record my family without consent, including a minor as a special guest and a disabled person, only to later send me the videos and photos of my information to intimidate me, with threats to sue me and not let me leave the DR if I posted the reviews. Please do not fall for the scam; look at the reviews, it has many for fraud.

Excellent human quality
We loved the treatment of Mrs. Esther, she is very friendly and attentive. He complied with everything described in the plan. We really had a great time. I recommend it

Why this scores 51
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Tours to Saona Island: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Punta Cana.
How much does Tours to Saona Island cost?
+
Prices start at $121 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Punta Cana usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Tours to Saona Island take?
+
Plan for about 5.7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Punta Cana is not rushed.
Is Tours to Saona Island worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.1/5 across 15 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Punta Cana, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Tours to Saona Island?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Tours to Saona Island suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5.7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Tours to Saona Island?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Punta Cana can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Punta Cana and add a light layer if any part of the 5.7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Tours to Saona Island start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Punta Cana within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Punta Cana?
+
On Outty we rank every Punta Cana experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Punta Cana Zipline - 8 lines and a suspenseful hanging bridge, Punta Cana Buggy or ATV Tour with Macao Beach, Cave and Tastings, Buggy Excursion to Macau Beach and Natural Cave. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Punta Cana?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Punta Cana?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
