Exceptional service!!
Great service with wonderful drivers!! Biagio was so kind and helpful as well as our driver to the airport. Both drivers were right on time and provided insights for the entire trip. The price for service provided was very reasonable and I highly recommend Amalfi car service for any trip to the coast.

Naples to Positano Roundtrip Transfer
Our Service was great. Booking the roundtrip transfer from Naples to Positano was pretty straight forward. We booked with the owner Salvatore and he assigned the Driver and gave us instructions and contact information to follow for day of pickup. Our Driver Biagio was lovely! He provided us with some fun facts & history of Naples and the Amalfi Coast during our drive. We really enjoyed the drive.

Great knowledgeable driver
We used them for transfer from FCO to Amalfi and back and they were outstanding. Biagio picked us up on time He was friendly and knowledgeable. He pointed out landmarks and histories. Salvatore was prompt in answering emails. We highly recommend them

Left our family with 3 small children!
Salvatore is a despicable person. We had confirmed 2 rides with his company and drivers on 3 weeks ahead of our trip (see email picture). He confirmed and we communicated regularly. Completed first ride of trip without issue and had an amazing driver Andrea (he is truly superior to this organization). However, the night before our ride to the train station, Salvatore got a better offer from someone than €150 and cancelled our ride. Left a family with 3 small children scrambling at the last minute to find a suitable ride. When I called him to discuss what happened he offered no solution or apology for the cancellation, just excuses that I didn’t answer his email from the morning within 3 hours so he cancelled the trip that we have had booked for 3 weeks (excuse me, but I’m on vacation). He then proceeded to tell me that I needed to reserve with credit card and it wasn’t fully reserved until I did (first ride no credit card was needed). He also told me that “people like me should stay in my country” when I called him out for being a dishonorable person and not respecting the reservation that we had. This is our second trip to Italy and we have family here and have never had this issue at any point. We have always done business with very reputable and honest people and sad to report, Salvatore Lucabelli is not one of those people. Lots of other NCC (Nollegio) companies out there - call your hotel or airbnb host for recommendations - guarantee they will be better than this greedy dishonest con artist, Salvatore.

Our driver, also named Salvatore, was equally impressive. He was on time, very friendly, and professional throughout the journey. He provided excellent tips and recommendations and shared fascinating details about the places we passed. His punctuality and engaging conversation made the ride a true pleasure. I highly recommend Amalfi Car Service for anyone looking for reliable and knowledgeable transportation.
