    C. Brunetti investigates without a gun only with spirit and clever mind

The tour was great, detailed and extremely pleasant. We have learned many details about Donna Leon and the wonderful characters in Commisario Brunetti. It’s fascinating how different, well-chosen, completely different locations were cut together into a whole - “Entrance to the Questura here but the offices 2 km away!” that’s just film

Response from the operator: Lieber Thomas, vielen Dank für Ihre Worte. Wir freuen uns, dass Ihnen die Tour gefallen hat und Sie Venedig aus der einzigartigen Perspektive von Commissario Brunetti entdecken konnten. Es war uns eine Freude, Sie bei uns zu haben!

A must for Brunetti / Venice fans!!

A real MUST for Brunetti/Venice fans! 😊 Valerio speaks perfect German, is a native Venetian and has wit and charm, so the tour goes by in a flash! Many filming locations are visited, Valerio knows every novel/film and can report excellently and bring the places visited to life! On the tour you visit various crime scenes, the filming locations of the private apartment, the newspaper kiosk where Brunetti buys his newspaper every morning on the way to the Questura and some other locations from the novels/films. Valerio also answers many other questions about the history of Venice and life in Venice with expertise, patience and wit!😊 The best tour we've ever had!! We'd go back anytime!!

City tour very intense and with love

Camilla, led us 5 hours in the footsteps of Commissario Brunetti, gave a lot of information, very interesting execution and at the same time a guided tour of Venice with the distinctive sights from the train station via campus, St. Mark's Square to the Rialto Bridge. You never got the impression of being rushed , she didn't look at the time and was just there for us to bring this beautiful city closer to us.

Response from the operator: Guten Tag Frau Utika, Herzlichen Dank für die positive Bewertung. Es war uns eine Freude, Sie auf den Spuren von Commissario Brunetti zu begleiten. Wir hoffen, dass wir Sie in Zukunft wieder unter unseren Gästen begrüßen dürfen. Auf Wiedersehen. Team Lovivo Tour Experience

Tour in the footsteps of Commissario Brunetti in Venice

On 09.05.22 we had undertaken a tour with the tour guide " Valerio Coppo". I can only highlight this tour, as Valerio has responded to every single tourist. We were 10 people. He also answered every question and tried very hard for us. This tour was also very interesting in terms of the filming locations. Definitely only more with Valerio when we do a tour!!! Thanks again for the excellent care of Valerio.

Tour on the Trails of Commissario Brunetti in Venice: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Venice.

How much does Tour on the Trails of Commissario Brunetti in Venice cost?

    +

Prices start at $100 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Venice usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Tour on the Trails of Commissario Brunetti in Venice take?

    +

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Venice is not rushed.

Is Tour on the Trails of Commissario Brunetti in Venice worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 49 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Venice, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Tour on the Trails of Commissario Brunetti in Venice?

    +

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Tour on the Trails of Commissario Brunetti in Venice suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Tour on the Trails of Commissario Brunetti in Venice?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Venice can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Venice and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Tour on the Trails of Commissario Brunetti in Venice start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Venice within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Venice?

    +

On Outty we rank every Venice experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Pasta and Tiramisu Cooking Class with Wine in Venice, Eating Venice Small Group Food & Drinks Tour, Venice Bacaro Food Tour: Eat and Drink like a Venetian. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Venice?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Venice?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
