The experience at the top was undeniably breathtaking; the views and architectural marvel truly lived up to the city's reputation. However, upon returning to the lower level to collect the complimentary souvenirs included with our three tickets, the interaction took an unexpected turn. It became clear that the ticket details had not been entered correctly at the time of purchase. Rather than helping to resolve the issue with care, the conversation shifted in a direction that left us surprised and disheartened. Questions were raised about my parents’ residency status in a tone that felt dismissive and presumptive, with a comment such as "I bet your parents aren’t residents." In a city known for its world-class hospitality, I believe every guest deserves to feel welcomed and respected, especially during moments meant to celebrate family. Clear communication and a more thoughtful approach would have made all the difference.
