    Highly recommend

This was a great experience. My husband and I were the only ones in the group. Our guide Miquel was fantastic. There is no way we would have been able to see two great cities in one day on our own. It was totally worth it.

Value for money day trip from Madrid

The tour guide was very knowledgeable.. Despite the language barrier, he was prepared and very engaging. The transportation was very spacious and comfortable for resting in between places. The lunch provided was filling.

We’re also glad the lunch was satisfying. It was our pleasure to host you, and we hope to welcome you again on another adventure soon!

    Bad communication, bad outcome

Unfortunately, it was a really regretfully horrible experience. When the booking was performed, the central operation office did not communicate well with the local tour company and we were stranded without communication. We were forced to wait for over an hour possibly for them to fix the situation, but it did not happen. Unfortunately, way after the fact we were contacted confirming that communication was not passed along correctly and the that the tour will not go through. We could have missed a great opportunity. This is very regretfully since we had this planned for many weeks in advance, and it was left for us, the customers, to be the ones to find out about the situation and the communication was not great. We were forced to call twice instead of them to finally be able to resolve the issue. We were not even offered to rebook the tour a day later or any other sort of accommodation, so we went with a totally different company. That is really not the way of keeping customers happy and coming for more. So, our experience was not good at all. It is a shame for an experienced company who I had not had an issue in the past. This was not a memorable experience.

Response from the operator: Hello, We are truly sorry for what happened and completely understand your frustration. However, we would like to clarify that we are the local tour operators, and we never received your reservation. On the date in question, there was no booking or tour scheduled in our system—our panel showed no activity related to your name or group. When we later saw your message, we immediately tried to get in touch with you to help, because we know how difficult it can be to communicate with the booking platform directly. Even though it was not our responsibility, we still did our best to assist you. Unfortunately, this was clearly an issue with the booking platform, which never forwarded your reservation to us. As a result, we had no way of knowing that you had purchased a tour. Based on similar situations, we believe the platform will likely issue you a full refund, as they were the ones who managed the transaction and failed to notify us. Please know that we never leave anyone behind—we take our job very seriously and always provide the tours as scheduled. But if we don’t receive the booking, we simply have no way to deliver the service. We appreciate your understanding, and we’re here if you need any further assistance. Kind regards,

Toledo and Segovia Tour 8 different places: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Madrid.

How much does Toledo and Segovia Tour 8 different places cost?

    +

Prices start at $50 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Madrid usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Toledo and Segovia Tour 8 different places take?

    +

Plan for about 12 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Madrid is not rushed.

Is Toledo and Segovia Tour 8 different places worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 64 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 13 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Madrid, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Toledo and Segovia Tour 8 different places?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Toledo and Segovia Tour 8 different places suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 12-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Toledo and Segovia Tour 8 different places?

    +

Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Madrid can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Madrid and add a light layer if any part of the 12-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Toledo and Segovia Tour 8 different places start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Madrid within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Madrid?

    +

On Outty we rank every Madrid experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Madrid Essential: Historic Center, Plaza Mayor & Royal Palace, Madrid Walking Tour from Puerta del Sol to Retiro Park, Madrid Oscuro: Torture, Ghosts, Crimes and Legends. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Madrid?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Madrid?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
