Fun and interesting experience I loved it!
Such a fun experience with a cheerful guide. The explanation and instructions are available in English and they gave me a disposable Haori to wear which made the experience more fun. It is not required to take off your shoes and after being part of the making process you are able to eat the mochi trying different Japanese traditional toppings. I recommend it very much since the location is great and easy to find in Shibuya, the materials are in perfect condition and the guide is very nice.

That was a wonderful experience in Tokyo! I'm a Japanese but living alone so it's difficult to prepare those kinds of equipments actually...! Those guide stuffs are kind and energetic so I enjoyed the atmosphere too! That fresh mochi was really nice as well.

I never imagined I could experience traditional Japanese mochi pounding right in the heart of Shibuya! It was such an exciting experience to make my own mochi and then choose my favorite toppings to enjoy it. A fun and authentic Japanese experience!
I had a wonderful time experiencing traditional mochi making in Shibuya! It was a lot of fun, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was a great opportunity to experience Japanese culture in a hands-on way. I especially enjoyed making the mochi and learning about the tradition behind it. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially if you want to try something a little different from the usual tourist activities.
