- You are not allowed to directly arrange the shoot or booking with the assigned photographer outside of this service, including through third-party platforms.
- If transportation, admission, or other fees are required during the shoot, the customer is responsible for covering both their own and the photographer’s costs.
- In Japan, some locations require permission for photography, or may prohibit it altogether.If permission cannot be obtained, the shoot at your requested location may not be possible, and in such cases, we assume no responsibility.
- Partial refund rules: If the photographer does not show up at the scheduled time, or if the shoot must be canceled for safety reasons—such as severe weather warnings issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency—this policy does not apply. In such cases, please contact us separately for assistance.
- Even if you arrive late, the shooting time will not be extended. We are not responsible if the number of delivered photos falls below the estimated amount.
