No regrets taking this Tokyo tour.
From enquiry to tour completion, i had a great experience with planner Miyuki-san and tour guide Hiroshi-san. After my email enquiry, the rest of the communication was via Line App which i installed just for the tour. Miyuki suggested lunch venues so that we could avoid walking around to avoid wasting time looking for a place that could cater to all our varied food preferences. Tour was today and Hiroshi was punctual and accommodating to our timings, and even helped translate the lunch options for us before we placed our orders at the ticket machine. His English is good enough for us to understand. He would point out where to meet for each tour stop and even texted the location so that we could find via google map. My folks are thankful that we took the tour with HM Tour as we squeezed in several places on our list of places to visit in Tokyo.
