Don’t miss this tour!
It was so wonderful day with a tour guide! Without a tour guide(Mz. Hiro), I couldn’t make a good trip with my child. Her knowledge and fluent English skills helped us fully understand about historical sites. I recommend this tour if you have a half day before going home!

It was great tour even for the children 5, 10 and 14 years old, we explored Tokyo with a good tour guide and good transport, buses are puntual and easy to find from train station, I will recommend 100% is worth it.

This tour was booked and paid as all the rest in advance. I receive the email with location details and also a message saying that if you have difficulties getting to the meeting point please contact them. I got lost and even with my map on my phone so I tried to reach out to get some assistance but no one ever picked up the phone until after 8am. When i speak to the CSR and explain the situation she said "would you like to do it in the afternoon?.. I stated that I had another booking and couldnt but could it possible to chose the 7/19 she said yes call Viator. Ok great i miss the tour but i call viator and it went well they stated if she offered you an afternoon most likley they will reschedule I reinstated that I was in the area by 725 am and no one responded to assist me getting to the meeting area. I requested another date and now even with call logs they never reschedule or refund. So they email stating that I should have called earlier!!! I got lost and called at 730am and no one responded at all!!!!! I have done a number of tours while in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka!! They emailed technically dismissing me and denying the refund or anything. These tours are not that cheap when its a family of 4. So, PLEASE BE CAREFUL ! As tourist we invest to explore other parts of the world and we should be valued as we value the places we visit. Enjoy Japan its lovely !! By the way we booked with another company and it was a lovely experience and this guide even made a group chat the night before with the important details.

First, our tours start strictly on time out of respect for all participants. On that day, all other guests arrived promptly, and the tour departed as scheduled. While we understand it is frustrating to get lost, arriving at the meeting point on time is the responsibility of the participant. More importantly, it appears you are confusing our operating company with the travel agency or Viator platform through which you booked. We do not have your email address, nor did we send you any emails or speak with you on the phone. The communications, offers to reschedule, and refund discussions you mentioned were entirely between you and Viator (or the booking agency). We were never contacted about any date changes or refunds. Because we had absolutely no involvement in these subsequent communications or decisions, we have reported this review to TripAdvisor as it is misdirected. We are sorry that you missed your tour and had a frustrating experience with the booking platform, but it is unfair to leave a negative review for our company when you did not participate in our tour and our staff was not involved in the issues you described.
