An Unforgettable JDM Experience at Daikoku!
Our experience with Tom on the Daikoku JDM tour was absolutely amazing! The number and variety of cars were incredibly impressive, and Tom was an excellent driver and guide throughout the entire experience. Highlight of our Japan trip
We had a fantastic night with Samurai Car Japan visiting Daikoku PA. The drive out was part of the fun and seeing all the Japanese sports cars and supercars together was such a cool experience. Our group had 2 cars, the R34 and R35. Our driver Tommy was awesome — really friendly and knowledgeable and he made the drive a lot of fun. He also took some great photos of us at the Daikoku PA and Tokyo tower photo stop, which was a really nice touch. Daikoku PA was a highlight of our trip to Japan and a great way to experience a different side of Japanese car culture. We had a brilliant time and would definitely recommend it to other car lovers.
Response from the operator: Thank you for this brilliant review. We're glad the drive out was part of the fun for your group and that seeing the Japanese sports cars and supercars gathered at Daikoku PA was such a cool experience. It was great to have the R34 and R35 running together for your two cars. Tommy will be very happy to read your words, and we're glad the photos he took at Daikoku PA and the Tokyo Tower stop became good memories of the night. Thank you for calling it a highlight of your trip to Japan and for recommending us to other car lovers. We hope to drive with you all again. — Samurai Car Japan

Amazing solo night experience in Tokyo
I joined this tour by myself and had such a memorable night. Riding in an R34 through Tokyo, seeing the city lights, and visiting Daikoku PA.
Response from the operator: Thank you for choosing us for your solo night in Tokyo. We're glad riding in the R34 through the city lights and visiting Daikoku PA turned into such a memorable night for you. It's always good to hear that guests who join alone enjoy the tour just as much. We would be happy to welcome you back next time you are in Japan. — Samurai Car Japan

Poor organisation and customer service
I wanted to recommend this experience higher because the car meet experience was great. But I paid for a 3 hour tour and yet they arrived 35 minutes late and did not extend the time.... It was a 77k yen booking (R34 car) yet I only received 10k yen compensation. I feel ripped off. Any self respecting tour company would give far more significant compensation.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing this review. We are glad the car meet was a highlight of your evening. We are sincerely sorry that your tour started late. Our tour schedules and running times can be affected by traffic and road conditions on the day. We take your feedback seriously and will use it to run our tours more smoothly. Thank you for telling us honestly. — Samurai Car Japan

Tokyo Drift Night Tour: R34&GT-R to Daikoku PA After Dark: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tokyo.
How much does Tokyo Drift Night Tour: R34&GT-R to Daikoku PA After Dark cost?
+
Prices start at ¥13,000 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tokyo usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Tokyo Drift Night Tour: R34&GT-R to Daikoku PA After Dark take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tokyo is not rushed.
Is Tokyo Drift Night Tour: R34&GT-R to Daikoku PA After Dark worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 61 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 55 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Tokyo, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Tokyo Drift Night Tour: R34&GT-R to Daikoku PA After Dark?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Tokyo Drift Night Tour: R34&GT-R to Daikoku PA After Dark suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Tokyo Drift Night Tour: R34&GT-R to Daikoku PA After Dark?
+
Around 19 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tokyo can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tokyo and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Tokyo Drift Night Tour: R34&GT-R to Daikoku PA After Dark start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tokyo within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Tokyo?
+
Tokyo is less a city than a stack of neighborhoods with completely different opening hours. A guided food crawl through Shinjuku's Omoide Yokocho gets you past the no-tourist curtains, while the day trips west to Hakone and Fuji need an early start to be worth the fare. Our ranking weighs guide quality heavily here, because in Tokyo the guide is the product. On Outty we rank every Tokyo experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Best of Shinjuku: Izakaya Food Tour (3-4 Stops, 14+ Tastings), Matcha Making Class in Tokyo with Authentic Japanese Sweets Set, Tokyo: Asakusa Senso-ji Temple & Old Town Walking Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Tokyo?
+
Late March to May for blossom, October to November for clear Fuji views. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Tokyo?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
