Still had to wait on line
Still had over an hour wait on line
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you still experienced a long wait during your visit. Our priority entrance service is designed to reduce the waiting time, but security checks and crowd levels at the Accademia Gallery can sometimes cause delays, especially during busy periods. Unfortunately, these factors are outside our control. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will continue working to make the experience as smooth as possible for our guests. Best regards, Justin Destination Europe Florence

Terrible guide facilitator
This is not a guided tour and good luck getting your tickets! I had to inquire with museum staff on who was holding our tickets!
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties while collecting your tickets. We would like to clarify that this booking is for priority entrance tickets and is not a guided tour. Our instructions explain where to meet our representative and collect the tickets before entering the Accademia Gallery. We sincerely apologize if the ticket collection process was not clear on the day of your visit. We appreciate your feedback and will review our instructions to make the process clearer for future guests. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Hot and a long line for skip the line
It was not really skip the line as we stood in a long line until I told the agent that was not what I paid for. He promptly found a ticket ?… that moved us up the line by half which is better than nothing. I understand that it was busy but skip the line means just that. Skip the line and that is why I paid the premium. It was hot and the line was very aggressive (pushing and shoving) because of heat and fatigue which did not help.
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand your frustration, especially given the heat and the crowded conditions. You booked a priority entrance service, and we understand that you expected to avoid the regular waiting line. We are glad that our representative was able to assist you and find an alternative entrance option, but we are sorry that this still involved a wait. Your feedback is very important to us, and we will review this situation with our team to improve our service and communication during busy periods. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

You don’t actually “skip the line”
I had a very disappointing experience. I was left standing for over 30 minutes with no communication, update, or notice. Museum staff don’t help if your third party reservation isn’t helpful…. The lack of professionalism and respect for my time was frustrating & to top it off, I still had to wait in line. What was the point of paying for “skip the line” if I had to still wait in the line?! I would not recommend booking through this third-party site unless you have a direct way to contact the agency or provider or you’re actually skipping the line. If something goes wrong, you’re left with little to no support or communication. Save yourself the inconvenience and book directly with museum ahead of time!
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the delay and the lack of communication you experienced at the meeting point. We understand how frustrating it is to wait without updates, especially when you have planned your visit in advance. Regarding the skip-the-line service, while our tickets provide priority access, all visitors are still required to pass through the museum's mandatory security screening. During busy periods, these security checks can result in short waiting times, which are unfortunately beyond our control. We value your feedback, as it helps us improve our communication and customer service. We are sorry that your visit was affected and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. Thank you, and we wish you all the best.

Skip lines
Skip the line only way to go. Well worth the added expense to be able to walk right inside and not have to wait.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that you found our skip-the-line service worthwhile. Our goal is to help our guests save time, avoid long queues, and enjoy a smooth, hassle-free entrance so they can make the most of their visit. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you again on your next trip to Florence!

Timed Entry Tickets - Florence Accademia Gallery Tickets: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Florence.
How much does Timed Entry Tickets - Florence Accademia Gallery Tickets cost?
+
Prices start at $39 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Florence usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Timed Entry Tickets - Florence Accademia Gallery Tickets take?
+
Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Florence is not rushed.
Is Timed Entry Tickets - Florence Accademia Gallery Tickets worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 44 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.8/5 across 169 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Florence, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Timed Entry Tickets - Florence Accademia Gallery Tickets?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Timed Entry Tickets - Florence Accademia Gallery Tickets suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Timed Entry Tickets - Florence Accademia Gallery Tickets?
+
Around 59 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Florence can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Florence and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Timed Entry Tickets - Florence Accademia Gallery Tickets start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Florence within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Florence?
+
On Outty we rank every Florence experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Best tour in Florence: Renaissance & Medici -by a storyteller, Small group Tuscan Wineries, Olive Oil & Gourmet Lunch or Dinner, Florence Pizza or Pasta Class with Gelato Making at a Tuscan Farm. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Florence?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Florence?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
