    Absolutely fantastic 💯

Jenny helped organise several trips around Hanoi which included Sapa, Halong Bay, Tam coc, Ninh Binh and Cao Bang. It was all tailor made immaculately as per my interests. Batik Air cancelled my flight from Australia to Hanoi and I arrived a day later, which disrupted my entire plan. As soon I informed Jenny , she worked late night and re arranged my itinerary in such a way that I could eventually cover all places as per the original plan. Kudos to her fantastic disasters management skills. Totally recommend her. She is the best. The tour guides through out the trips were very friendly and helpful. Trung went out of the way to hire a bike and drove me to the top of the pagoda in Cao Bang as I was too tired to climb the steps. Overall an amazing experience. Would definitely have Jenny organise my next trip to cover Danang and other places in Vietnam 😊

    Jenny is amazing!!

Jenny organised our intineary for our family trip to Vietnam. She was very helpful in making sure we were taken care of, including transport to and from the airport, since the start of our trip to the very end of our stay. She was contactable whenever we needed information such as recommendations for food, shopping and tourist attractions. She even organised birthday present and cake for my daughters birthday, that was celebrated during the trip. Lastly, the tour guides organised by her team are all extremely pleasant and caring, all making a fantastic team!

    Awesome Experience

Probably the best tour I have ever been on with Viator. The highlight was having lunch at the tour operator’s parents’ house. The food was delicious and the parents were very gracious. This was the very first tour where you feel connected with the people of the country you are visiting. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone that visits Hanoi.

Response from the operator: Dear Felix, Thank you for your 5-star review! We truly appreciate your support and kind words. It was great having you with us, and we hope to welcome you back again in the future. Regards, Trung!

The most amazing day of our trip

Today felt like we spent the day with family. We learned so much from each village experience. But the best part was dinner with Jennys family. They welcomed us to their home. The food was the best we have had this week. But better still was the family. My husband and Jennys uncle became fast friends. Even with the language barrier.

    Hanoi Handicraft Tour

This day tour definitely offers something different than the usual options, with visits to handicraft villages focused on incense, fish traps and soy sauce. Trung was a great guide and was able to share insights about the various sights. While the crafts were interesting, the true highlight was lunch with Jenny's family, a delicious spread prepared for us in their home. The only downside would be the considerable distance between the villages - we spent a lot of time in the car. As long as your prepared for the travel time, this is a great day out of Hanoi.

Three Traditional Villages Private Day Tour from Hanoi: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Hanoi.

How much does Three Traditional Villages Private Day Tour from Hanoi cost?

    +

Prices start at $58 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Hanoi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Three Traditional Villages Private Day Tour from Hanoi take?

    +

Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Hanoi is not rushed.

Is Three Traditional Villages Private Day Tour from Hanoi worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 64 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Hanoi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Three Traditional Villages Private Day Tour from Hanoi?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Three Traditional Villages Private Day Tour from Hanoi suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Three Traditional Villages Private Day Tour from Hanoi?

    +

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Hanoi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Hanoi and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Three Traditional Villages Private Day Tour from Hanoi start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Hanoi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Hanoi?

    +

On Outty we rank every Hanoi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Ninh Binh Day Trip from Hanoi with Tam Coc or Trang An & Mua Cave, Ha Giang Loop Tour 4 Days 3 Nights with Ha Giang Vision Tour, Halong Bay Day Tour With Titop Island, Cave, Kayak & Lunch. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Hanoi?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Hanoi?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
