We'll start with a journey through countryside filled with vines and orange groves to Alte, one of the most typical and unspoiled villages in the region. There you'll enjoy a riverside picnic of traditional Algarvian fare with local wine and beer pairings Alte is renowned for its natural springs, you can even enjoy a refreshing swim in the stone clad pools

Excellent
Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish and it genuinely made our holiday. Our guide, Hugo, was such an outstandingly friendly and knowledgeable guy. The tour itself was incredible, from swimming at a waterfall to taking in the views of historic villages. The wine honestly just felt like an added bonus! Couldn’t recommend this experience enough. We’ll definitely be back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Best Tour of Our Lives – An Unforgettable Day in Portugal
Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin because this was genuinely one of the most incredible days we’ve ever had. From start to finish, it was absolutely unforgettable — and the drinks were flowing the whole time! 😂🍷 Hugo was our tour guide, and he is genuinely such a great guy — welcoming, funny, knowledgeable and full of fascinating facts. From the moment we met him, we felt completely at ease. We started our day at Queda do Vigário, where we were able to swim in the stunning waterfall and relax in the sunshine. It was the perfect start to the day. Afterwards, we were treated to a delicious homemade picnic prepared by Hugo’s lovely wife, Melissa. The homemade hummus was absolutely gorgeous, accompanied by some beautiful Portuguese white wine. It was relaxed, authentic and felt so much more personal than a typical organised tour. From there, we went to feed the famous donkey, Baltazar 🫏, and had a lovely wander around the beautiful little town. We then headed to Silves, where Hugo told us about the fascinating history of the area and showed us around. We visited his friend’s pub for a sangria, and to my absolute surprise, they had even arranged a birthday cake for me! 🥹🎂❤️ It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture and made my birthday even more special. We then jumped back in the van and headed to one of the most beautiful vineyards we’ve ever seen. 🍇🍷 We tasted some gorgeous Portuguese wine while enjoying the incredible surroundings and wonderful company. And just when we thought the day couldn’t get any better, we headed to Dave’s Bar, where we played a wine game and somehow I ended up getting free tequila shots for my birthday! 😂🥃 What made this experience so special wasn’t just the beautiful places we visited, the incredible food or the fantastic wine — it was the people. Hugo and Melissa went above and beyond to make our day memorable, and their genuine kindness and hospitality really touched us. This wasn’t just a tour; it was an experience we will remember for the rest of our lives. ❤️ If you’re considering booking this tour, DO IT! You absolutely won’t regret it. We couldn’t have asked for a better day, a better guide or a better experience. Thank you, Hugo and Melissa, for giving us such an incredible day and memories that we’ll treasure forever. Fabulous trip
Had a FA B day. Hugo was a fabulous host who turned up early to take us on our trip. The lunch was absolutely amazing. The chicken and the spinach quiche tasted delicious. Hugo's personality absolutely made the day. We loved the wine tasting, the host was very informative . All in all a FABULOUS day out

Fun , interesting. Great
Excellent way to spend a day. Stunning scenery. Host had a wealth of knowledge about local history etc and an amazing animated personality. Food provided was first class. Home cooked and to a standard that was second to none . Great wines. Door to door service. Could not fault and not to be missed.

Fun and versatile tour
Together with guide Hugo, we spent a whole day in several incredibly beautiful places. Hugo is very enthusiastic, friendly, and always up for a chat or a joke on the way to the next sight or activity. On location, he explains various topics related to the sight or activity in a fun and interesting way. Then he gives you all the space to enjoy with your own company of the moment. We found that very pleasant, for example, while swimming at the waterfall, the picnic in Alte, and the wine tasting. Overall, we had a really fun and well-organized tour. The food and drinks were also well provided. Definitely a recommendation if you want to discover the area in a fun and relaxed way and spend a day out!
