From there, the first stage is an exhilarating mostly downhill descent, followed by a more cross‑country segment weaving through lush rice paddies and charming villages. This terrain offers pure trail enjoyment—no mandatory jumps, huge drops, or extreme downhill features—just thrilling, smooth riding with awe-inspiring views throughout Suited for intermediate and advanced riders with good fitness and good bike-handling skills, this day tour covers around 34 km, with approximately 300 m of climbing and over 1,300 m in descent.

We'll arrange an early transfer from your hotel to the higher regions of the island, specifically the volcanic core. The first leg of the ride will be predominantly downhill, commencing at 1,600m above sea level and finishing at the lower grounds. The second stage of the ride will be more XC-oriented, guiding you through picturesque rice paddy fields. You'll be awestruck by the awe-inspiring surroundings. This ride is a step up from our Mount Batur to Ubud Off Road, offering a pure trail experience that's both entertaining and thrilling, without any extreme features such as mandatory jumps, massive drops, or extreme downhill sections. Made our Bali holiday!
Excellent time on the volcano trail, mount batur to Ubud and the waterfall walk with Gita. Really well organised, safe and the volcano trail in particular made our trip. The intermediate ride was a bit easy (mostly downhill) for us but we still really enjoyed it. Met some great people and had an all round fantastic time. Would definitely do one of the multi day trips in future!

Awesome biking around Mount Batur..farms and lava fields. 5 star.
We used Infinity Bikes for a day on Mt Batur including trekking and biking. It's an early start but despite the rainy season we were treated to excellent views. The hike to the top around the caldera is about 90 mins, quite steep at the top, but at the top we saw hot volcanic steam holes, phenomenal views, monkeys and had tasty breakfast. We then drove for 20 mins and met our guide and bikes, led by Guita. This was the best. The bikes were excellent quality, full suspension and in super condition. We cycled c.15 km around farms and fields, off the road, observing mango plantations, Avocados, coffee, and temples. We ended up in the lava fields which were unlike anything we had seen before, like cycling on the moon. The cycling was straightforward, although it was hot, esp in the lava fields. We ended in the hot springs which were in fact too hot but overall it was a brilliant day. Price wise it was more expensive than others, but the quality of the biking made up for it. You get what you pay for.

Perfect day
Excellent Tour, Pickup and Drop off at Hotel went smooth, the tour took place just for me, tour guide Gita very friendly and enjoying the trip himself. Scenic views away from other tourists. The trail went through forest, bamboo forest and rice fields and only sometimes on streets. Lunch was served at a restaurant with view on rice terraces. Unfortunately, we had heavy rain after lunch, but finished the tour anyway (I could have stoped at the restaurant as well) Trail is not to demanding.

Great Day Out.
I did the 65km Mt.Batur - Ubud MTB Trip. What a fantastic day out and a great way to see parts of Bali that most tourists wouldn’t. Gita was a great guide. The bikes were really good - clean & well maintained(Polygon Siskiu - Dual Suspension with dropper post). The first part of the trip was 27km around the Mt.Batur crater and lava fields. It was a good ‘workout’ and does require a fairly high level of fitness. There was a bit of ‘off-road’ single track which again requires what I would describe as an ‘intermediate’ level of MTB skills. Lunch was in Kintamani(Buffet - Pretty good - Sensation views). After lunch, the 2nd section from Kintamani to Ubud was virtually all down hill and just heaps of fun on quiet roads/paths & tracks. The booking/payment process was very easy. Communication was excellent leading up to the day of the ride. I’m coming back next year to do another ride.
