Title: Incredible waterfall adventure, but major issues with the booking platform
My experience with the booking process through Tripadvisor was incredibly frustrating. Due to incorrect pickup instructions, wrong timing, and inaccurate information provided by the platform, we nearly missed our tour entirely. If it hadn’t been for the kindness of two tour guides from a different company who stepped in to help us, we never would have made it to the site. Because of the booking errors, we ended up having to drive ourselves to the location. However, once we arrived, everything turned around. We were met by a wonderful gentleman who organized our trip with two exceptional guides. We were a group of eight, including my grandchildren, and despite the rough start, the actual waterfall experience was a fantastic adventure that the whole family truly enjoyed. I am so glad we made it, as it was a highlight of our trip. I unfortunately misplaced the card for our guides, but they provided an unforgettable experience. If you book this, I highly recommend double-checking all the details directly with the operator to avoid the logistical issues we faced.

Amazing tour!
We were a party of 8 with 2 tour guides, Joel and Josue. They were excellent! I cannot say enough what a fun tour this was. The best day we’ve had so far in Costa Rica. The tour guide were especially helpful, when one or two of us needed assistance. It was great to have one in front and one back. We had so much fun doing the creek walking and the waterfall climbing. We did the slide and the jump. It was awesome.!

They had water and snacks for us and gave us time to swim and and enjoy the views. Along the way, they gave us information about local plants and animals. It’s a hike through creeks, so, I recommend good shoes that you don’t mind getting wet. There are several spots where you pull yourself up the rocks by rope, but the guides were attentive and helpful. There’s a refreshing local drink at the end that was the cherry on top! This was a memorable experience for our family!

Experience TEN beautiful waterfalls in one day!
This was my favorites thing we did in Jaco! We were led by knowledgeable guides, Joel and Josue, who took us to see TEN beautiful waterfalls. They had water and snacks for us and gave us time to swim and and enjoy the views. Along the way, they gave us information about local plants and animals. It’s a hike through creeks, so, I recommend good shoes that you don’t mind getting wet. There are several spots where you pull yourself up the rocks by rope, but the guides were attentive and helpful. There’s a refreshing local drink at the end that was the cherry on top! This was a memorable experience for our family!

Joel and team were awesome! The hike was perfect - 10 waterfalls! This team was prepared with water and snacks which were perfect. Guides we enthusiastic and prepared.
